I’ve just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I definitely won’t be going back and I wish I’d read some of the recent reviews before I came. It’s true, there is no recognition of the Marriott reward status at all. This recognises people who regularly stay at Marriott hotels and spend a lot of money at Marriott hotels but for some reason this AC doesn’t seem to care about that. I checked in, no recognition. No room upgrade, no mention of breakfast, no welcome gift. Nothing. In the evening when I returned I asked about these things and was told at AC hotels the only thing I am entitled to is $10 per person room credit. Apparently I chose to decline that and take points instead. I didn’t because I was never asked. The evening reception person said he would amend that. I then asked what I could use the $10 credit on. I was told mini bar or the bar but for some bizarre reason the bar doesn’t open at weekends which includes Friday night. This hotel really is in the middle of nowhere so why wouldn’t it at least have the bar open every night. The hotel is full this weekend. Wouldn’t the bar be busy if it was open? I’ll leave my review at that but basically, don’t expect much from this so called Marriott hotel. I won’t be staying at an AC hotel again.

We took it for its neighborhood to the Christmas city fairy, which had advised us to visit. It is close to, it has no deorbit price for being 4 stars, and it is rather a hotel for the IFEMA, airport, etc. As I say to be a 4 stars, because it is not anything from the other world. In our case, because the parking is outside, i.e. you can leave the car out because there is room, at the trat**** of an industrial polygonal area, but if something happens to the car, it is not the hotel thing, but let's go, good parking area. Stayed in the Amura twice recently on visits to family in Alcobendas. We chose the hotel not only because it is 5 minutes walk from their home but also because of the swimming pool and free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Agree with other reviewers that tea/coffee making facilities would make it better but I have stayed in several Madrid hotels in recent years and that isn’t something any of them have offered. Both rooms we have stayed in were very comfortable although would benefit from a bit of refurbishment. However, the the location is ideal for us and we would definitely stay again on our next trip.

Located in a industrial polygon of Torrejón, but with rooms and services of a 4-star but much cheaper than in Madrid or other surrounding areas. If you have a car, it is a good option especially if you need several rooms like ours.

Stunningly beautiful hotel right on the river in San Sebastian. The entrance hall is palatial. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room, and it was huge! Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent - it makes this hotel a perfect place to explore this gorgeous city.

It takes 10 minutes to walk to the subway station and the vicinity of McDonald's and Burger King. There are food and cafes, such as tgi Friday. Some shops sell furniture and electronics. It is a bit far from the city, but there was no major inconvenience when I was there. This is because my friend is alive nearby. Unlike hotels in South Korea, there is no free water every day and it is inconvenient because there is no electric kettle to make water, tea or coffee.
