The room is very dated. The room was covered with dust from the rug. But good location very good view from balcony and in city center. Dust allergy alert!

Big flaw is the TV placed in an area not visible from the bed as is the case in all hotels.
Null service, often there is no one at the reception either.
Very old hotel with impersonal management, a residual choice because the other hotels were full.

Best thing is location for this hotel. Staff is friendly and rooms are large. But, in general, the hotel needs a refresh as carpets, doors, furniture are a bit old.

Good location. However, the hotel facility including the parking lot(20 euro per night with no security cam) is quite old. Also, Wifi in the room was too weak. And the worst part was bathroom. It takes so long to take a shower since water pressure from the shower head was really weak.

Very central, spacious, with all services (garage, gym, ski box, children's room, etc) but above all with a very efficient, professional and friendly team of staff who spoil every customer as they deserve. The cuisine is excellent!

Excellent hotel to stay in to be truly in the center of Cortina, availability, courtesy and cleanliness, good and rich breakfast. Spacious and comfortable room with everything included. I certainly recommend a stay, staff always very friendly.

Old hotel, in urgent need of renovation, the balcony of our room was full of mold and leaks (we didn't even open the doors as it was disappointing), we traveled for 12 days through northern Italy and this was the worst hotel we stayed in (luckily it was just one night), the location is good, just a few meters from the main street, but the structure and breakfast left a lot to be desired, mainly because this was the most expensive hotel on our trip (more than twice as much as other hotels) and they even went so far as to charge us 40.00 Euros for parking for the car. In all other hotels we paid a maximum of 10.00 Euros and some didn't even charge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The mattress was very comfortable. I was impressed by the female employee at the desk below who so kindly answered questions about the cafe menu. It felt really good to look at the foot of the mountain in the morning. It was close to the terminal, so it was easy to move around. There is a step from the terminal, so it is difficult to carry a suitcase to the information desk. The taxi drivers at the terminal are also friendly, so I think it would be a good idea to use them. The location is really great because you can walk to Topaya in about 20 minutes, and you can get to Cinque Tori and Paljarego.
