Villa Borgo San Pietro

Excellent staff. They went above and beyond. Someone in our party was ill and they suggested they would call a doctor and he would come to the resort. Within an hour the Dr arrived assessed situation provided prescription so our vacation was not disrupted. Excellent.

Lovely villa and lovely room. A great setting with an outdoor swimming pool, attractive garden, and a more than adequate parking facility if you are travelling by car. Breakfast was excellent, well prepared with plenty of choice. An idyllic stopover in keeping with the Tuscan landscape. Could easily make this a base for touring the region although would have to drive if wanting to dine out in the evenings.

This hotel is really nice. It is situated in the country side, but less than 10 minutes away from Cortona in car. We had a really lovely room with a view, of Cortona. Our kids had a flat with a small garden, which was very ideal as well.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Every morning for the breakfast they came around and asked which coffee we wanted, especially one of the women just remembered our choice and brought it with a big smile. The breakfast buffet was so lovely. At night we enjoyed a glass of wine in the patio, and that was very cozy as well. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Quiet, beautiful property. Yes, it’s away from Cortona, but we knew that going in and ate before coming back for the evening. We loved our superior room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast in the sunroom.

Exceptional staff and property. Wonderful place to disconnect and explore Tuscany.

Stunning setting, lovely rooms, great friendly service. Some great suggestions of where to visit/eat. Can be a little difficult to find, especially if arriving by night. However, this did lead to us having a surprise encounter with a boar and her 12 boarlets... vvv sweet. Only downside was the tiny cramped bathroom.
