Amazing location near beach and apartments were just as described. Clean rooms but sometimes area around pool could do with renovation We were all inclusive and only local plain ice cream was included when we could have free drinks didn’t make sense . Food has been great but sometimes no change in choices and the staff are all professional and very helpful… would recommend.

Location great 3rd time here staff were friendly and welcoming the room was great clean and comfy English tv ,food was great we were half board definitely be back again

On our last day today of staying here for a week. Beautiful place. In the heart of Fanabe we had a room around 100 steps from the pool with amazing sea views. 2 minute walk to the beach. Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Also quite modern. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Went as a family of 4. Perfect hotel for couples not very kid orientated but we loved it all the same. Was my daughters 7th birthday when we were away and housekeeping left a birthday note and some sweets for her which was so kind. Reception very helpful would definitely come back! We went bed and breakfast which was good cant comment on dinner or lunch.

I’ll give an honest review and break it down as some of the reviews aren’t quite right. Check in - took way too long, we were in reception for 45mins and there was only 1 person in front of us. Room - we stayed in a one bedroom apartment so had sofa bed in living room and a twin bedroom and is above ground, we had a lovely view of the sea and a good balcony. I’ve heard some rooms don’t have air con and ours did so be sure to check. Room decent good space, beds ok comfort wise. Don’t think they cleaned it well enough they never changed our sheets. Food - we were half board not that we remembered that or we’re planning on using it because there are so many good restaurants about. We had breakfast a couple of times very average. Dinner once and I’ve never seen such a small buffet choice, was really poor. Lunch was better but only just. Pool - as advertised says one is heated and one isn’t, not true they are both unheated but one is deep and one is shallow; also they are considered lazy rivers but they don’t connect. Sunbed - this irritated me, they say if you put towels down before 9am they get removed and this is not true. We’ve come down every morning at half 8 and nearly all sunbeds are gone and no one is sitting at them. We’ve been lucky to get the last few but it’s quite clear people are coming down early and then going back to bed they aren’t just going for breakfast and not one towel has been removed. They will enforce that you aren’t allowed in the pool until 10am though! There aren’t enough sunbeds for the hotel by far. Shame really because hotel is in a great location and is decent enough for a week but if I was staying here for 2 weeks I’d be pissed off.

Everything was fantastic. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and filled with natural light. The hotel offers a buffet and an all-inclusive package. If you book directly with the hotel, the all-inclusive service also includes beach service with sun loungers, drinks, and food. The staff deserve a 10/10—they are all extremely friendly and welcoming.

The location is fantastic, right in the heat of the bars, restaurants and beach. The hotel itself was clean, although the pool area could do with more attention as it was often sticky from spillled drinks. Our room was spacious, and upgrading to one with air con was definitely worth it. It was well equipped with plenty of storage, a proper hand held hair dryer with diffuser. The kitchette had everything you need which makes it great if you're self catering. As for the all-inclusive package, breakfast and lunch offerd the best selection of food. The barbecue meats were very tasty and tender. However, we were disappointed with the bread selection, which was limited to sliced bread and rolls that never seemed particularly fresh. They do have a snack bar available in the afternoons, serving hot dogs, pizza, chips, fruit cakes etc. The drinks were fairly standard, with only a limited cocktails menu. The quality also varied depending on which staff member prepared them. Entertainment was quite limited, with singers only performing during the evening meal, so if you're looking for nightlife, you'll need to head out to the nearby bars. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would possibly return. Our advice though, would to book the self catering option rather than the all-inclusive package as we feel it didnt offer enough value for money.

Just back from a week here, the things that matter to me on holidays Location - cant fault it, perfect Room - we had a one bed ground floor, roomy and immaculately clean. When booking please check the small print as not all rooms have air con. I knew this before I went but regretted not upgrading the room Dont waste your suitcase space taking a hairdryer, the one in the room is great, and there are sockets next to mirrors in the bedroom, this always bugs me in hotels Pool - nice lay out and enough beds (granted it was June). We went out every day and came back early afternoon and there were always beds Food - booked half board. Breakfast, well you cant go wrong. Fresh omlettes and eggs made for you. The hotel are fine if you choose either lunch or dinner. There's always fresh cooked meats and fish so there was always a choice. But we mainly had lunch then out in the resort for dinner Beer is Amstel so you decide if this is a plus or a negative lol No late check out available although you do only need to be out by 12, the shower room is in the gym and there is no hairdryer which was a bit disappointing, even if it was one of those fixed to the wall type I would have been happy

Great location and easy to get to. Lovely atmosphere. Very quiet, lovely helpful staff, nice clean room with a view of the sea. Fantastic value for money even upgraded our room! X

Its the second time we are staying in this hotel, we were surprised by freshly renovated apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful view of the sea and the inner courtyard of the hotel. Excellent restaurant, wide selection of dishes and desserts. Location of the hotel is very great too - beach is few minutes by foot away. Water in pool may be a bit cold for someone, but for it was fine for us. I must also appretiate very helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed here all inclusive and honestly, it just didn’t live up to expectations. The food was a huge letdown — barely any variety and if you don’t eat meat, don’t even bother. It’s meat every single day, often reused leftovers from lunch, with soggy chips, dry chicken, and salad and fruit that never tasted fresh. Me and my partner aren’t fussy eaters, but even we struggled. It was basically burger, lasagne, pig foot, or dry chicken every night, and it gets boring really fast. We noticed kids were mostly eating cake and broccoli for dinner, which says it all. We ended up eating out about 5 out of 7 nights just to have a decent meal — and for an all-inclusive, that’s disappointing. The chef was even cooking one family their own meals every night because they complained so much, which felt really unfair to everyone else. Breakfast wasn’t much better, so honestly, if I came back (which I probably wouldn’t), I’d only go bed and breakfast — and even that’s pushing it. The juices were sour, sometimes the machines didn’t even work, and we had to pay extra for ice cream, which kind of defeats the point of “all inclusive” You also get discounts at the beach bars and roof top bar and the onsite restaurant but once they have added their service fee it’s pretty pointless. The hotel aesthetics are nice though, and we had a lovely view from our room. A gentleman at the bar was really lovely i’m guessing he was the manager but the rest of the restaurant staff looked like they didn’t want to be there aswel as reception was a mixed bunch — one kind and helpful lady, and a few who were a grumpy. Rooms are clean-looking but have no air con (we knew this beforehand), and they get so hot. There is also a €20 deposit for the safe which is fine bur they didn’t mention. The rooms are boiling so we had to sleep with the fan on every night, which was loud and made it hard to sleep. The cleaners did come in every morning to change the beds and towels, which was a nice touch. but sometimes towels were makeup stained! The “heated” pool was absolutely freezing, and because it’s so shaded, it never really warms up. We ended up going over to Los Olivos pool instead, which was much sunnier and actually enjoyable. Drinks were average — cocktails tasted mostly like juice and the beer was flat, but at least the bar staff were friendly. Entertainment wasn’t great either; nothing exciting really going on at night. On the plus side, the hotel’s location is great — right on the beachfront, close to shops, and easy to get around. But overall, it felt more like a 3-star experience at best. Honestly, I should’ve taken the hint when I couldn’t find many reviews before booking.
