H10 Gran Tinerfe - Adults Only

We didnt have a good experience in this hotel. First they charged us 36€ for twin beds when on the booking it was indicated the rate was for a double or twin bed. Also you need to pay for everything in the hotel, even the pool towels have a deposit, the safe in the room is expensive and you also have to leave a deposit for its key. The facilities such as sauna is also not free. Wifi does not work even at reception they are not able to activate it. Service is terrible and room is dirty even after asking 3 times to clean the floor. Not at the standard of a 4-star hotel and way too expensive for the service provided. Overall not a relaxing stay. Swimming pools are not heated, it didnt bother us but just fyi.

The receptionist literally cut me off while I was explaining and just shouted “Listen!” at me — super rude.We didn’t have any drinking water in the room for two days, only expensive bottled ones for sale. Honestly, that just feels a bit aggressive.When we asked if the snacks were chargeable, she snapped back like, “Isn’t that just common sense?”There was zero sense of service or respect, and honestly, it even felt like we were being treated differently.

The customer service at the reception was really bad no respect at all. Buffet just soso. Facilities are good tbf

First holiday in Tenerife after 14 years of city break type holiday. Stayed at this hotel on a half board basis for 7 nights. We had booked a sea view room and the view was excellent as the end balcony had a panoramic view of the coastline. The room was fine but could do with some upgrading. The reception staff were polite and efficient at check in and dealt with some issues with our room promptly .We didn't have the privilege package so only used the buffet restaurant which was efficiently run by great staff and had a wide choice of plentiful food. The pool areas have lot's of sunbeds had no problem getting any. Evening entertainment was of a good standard every night. The wristbands worked well for access to the room and safe although we chose to use our bank cards instead of preloading the wristbands. The hotel is situated between Adeje and Las America's with easy access to the beach for walks in both directions. Well done to all staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed two weeks at the Gran Tinerfe 2nd to 16th March 2026. It was worth paying the extra for a seaview room which benefited from the afternoon sunshine and lovely sunsets. The meals were excellent with plenty of variety and imaginative presentation. The restaurant staff were well organised and their team work was very impressive, everyone of them that we met was cheerful and helpful. We loved it and will certainly return again. This was my third stay at the H10 Gran Tinerfe, but the first time I’ve written a review. We booked a Privilege room with bed & breakfast and later upgraded to all-inclusive. The food here continues to impress. On previous visits I felt the à la carte restaurants served meals better than anything in Adeje or Las Américas — and they didn’t disappoint this time either. El Mirador not only serves excellent food but also has a fantastic sea view, while Il Gran Cuore, the Italian à la carte, delivered another great meal. On Saturday night an amazing singer (Ariene?) performed there — she completely captivated the whole restaurant. What a voice! Staying in Privilege comes with perks such as access to the Privilege lounge with free drinks throughout the day, plus a quiet sunbed area where we never had any trouble finding a spot. To be fair, we didn’t struggle to get sunbeds by the main pools either. Unfortunately, the Asensen Food Experience restaurant was closed during our stay, which was a shame as we’d hoped to try it. As for suggestions — the drinks service could be improved. The reception bar often had long queues, and the Sunset Chillout Bar frequently closed well before 11 pm even though it’s advertised as open until then, which was frustrating. That said, everything else was superb. There are a lot of regular guests here, which speaks volumes about the quality of the hotel. They’re also a great source of tips — one recommended La CocKtelerìa, just two minutes around the corner. We tried it and loved it: excellent cocktails at only €6 each! All in all, another fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

We class this hotel as our second home and have just returned from our second visit this year. I cannot say any more than I have always said before - everything about it is excellent - food, staff, cleanliness, entertainment, hairdresser - you name it, it does not disappoint. It was also a holiday to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday and the hotel made it extra special for him. Unfortunately this time I had an issue with my knee and had to attend the Quironsalud hospital, ending my holiday on crutches. I must mention the Tui rep, Margot, who was amazing. She organised the hospital visit and arranged for me to have assisted travel home. The staff at the hotel were briliant and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to everyone who helped us. We have already booked for Christmas and New Year but there is no doubt, God willing, we will be back before then.

Location Great /Perfect holiday from start to finish /Rooms are lovely good size cleaned daily with fresh towels lovely toiletries in bathroom . Great Atmosphere in hotel all areas very clean staff are Fabulous all very friendly nothing is a problem .Several pool areas all kept Pristine plenty of sun loungers .Restaurants are all Fabulous plenty of choice . Option to go to tasting night highly recommend also Italian night with lovely singer Lovely seafront restaurant which was Fabulous at Lunch time with beautiful views. Entertainment daily and nightly with Dani and girls was Great . Fabulous holiday .We will definitely return . Thank you everyone at H10 Grand Tinerfe 🫶

An enjoyable stay once again. My 2nd time staying in this hotel . I really enjoyed it. Superior room with a view of the beach and full view of activities on the sea from one's balcony is well worth while. The staff are exceptionally kind and friendly and very aware of their guests needs at all times. There are lots of activities to take part in everyday if that's your wish, also very enjoyable music entertertainment at night and dancing if you so desire. Always lots of beds for sunbathing available by the various pools. This all adds to a pleasant enjoyable holiday.
