Reviews of Laguna Park 2

This hotel is no where near as bad as people make it out to be. You get what you pay for. Me and my bf used the hotel as a base to explore. Yes the room was basic but it had beds, blankets, towels, a kitchen area, balcony and shower room. No issues with any of these. The hotel is on a hill so be prepared for your calves to burn after the first day. Especially if you are heading out the hotel to adventure. Taxis are only like €5 from the main area to the hotel. We used this twice but the rest of the time we have walked up the hills. Will I stay again … yes! I would use this hotel as the perfect base for my next trip to Tenerife

My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool. Yes it's up a hill but there is a public bus stop right outside and another a couple of minutes away which we used to get to Siam park and Monkey Park. We did however walk back from town a couple times and it honestly wasn't that bad. We were self catering but did go to the buffet 1 night. There wasn't a big selection and it was basic but it did the job. There were burgers, hotdogs, pizza and chips at the pool bar which actually looked quite nice. We had an issue with our fridge which was leaking but I reported this to reception and they took care of it. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My only real complaints were; the noise from upstairs guests. Whilst the selfishness of others is not the hotels fault, the doors close really noisily and it rattles through the building. As there are no floor furnishings children running around at midnight literally sounds like a herd of elephants!! There is an oven but it doesn't work. The rack has been removed and there are no trays leading me to believe it wasn't just faulty. However, I didn't speak to reception about it so I might be mistaken. Ultimately if these are my only complaints then that's not bad really! I am a professional person and have travelled to many countries and stayed in 5 star hotels. Would I stay here again? On a budget, absolutely. Its a bit rough round the edges with some cracked tiles in public areas and chips in the bathroom enamel etc but I'm not one to let these things ruin my holiday. As long as you have realistic expectations, you won't be disappointed.

We had a fan it wasn’t working properly my friend has a problem with heat so that was a major concern for him he couldn’t sleep at night also the hotel was booked for 3 people and one of us had to sleep on a couch instead of a bed wasn’t very professional.

Great location but not the best if you have mobility issues as there’s a lot of steps to climb and many steep inclines,rooms are adequate but decor and furniture very very dated ,staff are fantastic and very helpful and Laguna park 2 is an ideal base but be prepared to use your legs all uphill Pool area is fantastic but bar and restaurant very basic

This hotel is filthy full of drunken people smoking ******** and vomiting in the corridors Cheap it maybe however I guess you get what you pay for I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me l left two days into a five day stay

Lots of drunken English people singing loudly from 11:00 a.m. onwards. Shabby, run-down furnishings. No tea towels No TV remote control Broken patio chairs Blood stains on the sofa But very cheap

Apartments are adequate for the price, with special attention to the requests I had made when booking. Buffet breakfast is adequate for the price. Apartment cleaning for 3 nights included. Very friendly service from the staff.

This is our second time coming which says enough about how good the facilities and staff are at the hotel. The food was also brilliant and even girlfriend who is very specific about her food choices managed to have proper meals every time. The pool is brilliant and a perfect size to allow everyone to have enough space and finally the rooms are perfect sizes and have everything you need to enjoy time in the hotel.

This is our 2nd year staying here and we’ve enjoyed it just as much. it’s got everything you need for a holiday, we stayed all inclusive and it was definitely worth it, there’s food for everyone as I’m a picky eater and still managed to eat lots every meal! The pool was definitely our favourite part, it’s big enough to have enough room for yourselves and not be crowded. The staff are very friendly and helpful, booking taxis in minutes etc . The rooms are as you expected and more than needed. Will definitely be coming back a 3rd time :)

Great hotel - brilliant family stay! Lovely pool and staff were wonderful! Parrot show was amazing! first ever holiday for myself snd 3 autistic children and they are begging to come back!

Love this hotel came in November 2025 for the first time my boyfriend came previously in June on a lads holiday and also loved it then. We have just got back from laguna park II had another great time, rooms are standard perfect for what you need them for clean and cleaned every 2 days. This hotel is huge entertainment was ok every night was something different either quizzes children’s disco etc. only down side is a lot of walking if your stopping at the top of the hotel like us having to walk right down to the pool no issue but the walk back is abit of a killer. We didn’t try food as was self catering but hoping to be all inclusive next time. The staff are very helpful and well spoken happy to help you with any issues. Overall we have had a great holiday don’t listen to all the bad reviews it’s what you make of it that matters! Thank you Laguna Park II we will see you again in August

There are a lot of negative reviews about this hotel but this is my second time here and it’s been fantastic, rooms are clean the food is very average but does the job for a budget trip, the pool is superb, the hill is a killer but just means you can earn those beers!
