We do have quieter room options, such as those at the back and inside of the hotel, and we would be happy to arrange them for you next time you stay. We sincerely apologize for the oversight in room cleaning service. As a hotel that provides daily housekeeping service, this situation does not meet our service standards. Regarding the quality of breakfast, it is completely inconsistent with the high-quality Mediterranean cuisine we serve at Mosaico restaurant.
