Great location! 15 mins walk to South Coast Plaza and 5 mins drive to SNA airport. Breakfast was included, which is a good value. Will return to this hotel next time.

The hotel has a great overall environment and a heated swimming pool, which is nice for swimming at night. However, the staff forgot to clean our room, which made our experience very unpleasant. Internet access was supposed to be paid, but the front desk waived it after we contacted them.

The hotel rooms are well-equipped, with complete amenities, a beautiful environment, and attentive service. It's suitable for business travelers, allowing them to balance travel and work. I especially liked the rooms with balconies and lake views; the scenery was beautiful.

Standing here, the view is so expansive that you can see to the horizon. The buildings, streets, and sky in the distance blend into one, and the wind blows gently, making the air feel exceptionally fresh and brightening your heart.

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and size of the place. The only downsides were the lack of free Wi-Fi and the extremely expensive parking fees.

The hotel facilities are OK, but there is a little noise from the airport nearby. The service staff is very polite, but the service is terrible. First, the twin room we booked was changed to a double room (we still checked in at 4 o'clock on time), then we asked about breakfast again and again but the front desk was hesitant, and finally the restaurant told us that although we booked breakfast, we still need to pay extra, and finally the hotel charged extra room money and refused to refund it after contacting us many times. In the end, Ctrip solved the problem.

The hotel is in a good location, near South Coast Plaza. The room is also okay, it's a small suite. Disadvantages: There is no water in the room, you need to go to the front desk to get it; the air conditioner is too loud, affecting your sleep!

It's very close to Irvine and Newport, and there are big shopping malls, big supermarkets, big CVS, and restaurants nearby. It's very convenient, but the parking fee is not cheap. Everything else is OK. There is a bar in the lobby, which is quite lively.
