Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive and clean. There's a microwave, a pool, and a dedicated breakfast area. Cleanliness: The sanitary conditions are well-maintained. Environment: If you happen to get a room facing the street, it's not particularly comfortable. However, the coordination from Trip.com was very satisfactory, and I'll book through Trip.com again next time. $10 off overnight parking: There's a mobile phone repair shop right next to the hotel, and also good dining options. I think I'll recommend it again next time.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean. Although not cleaned daily, you can request service at the front desk. Location: Extremely convenient transportation. Right off the 405 freeway and only a 5-minute drive to South Coast Plaza. I always stay here. Service: The front desk staff are very welcoming. EJ, in particular, was incredibly enthusiastic this time, leaving a lasting impression. Breakfast: Standard American breakfast. The self-serve fruit bar is definitely my favorite part. Surroundings: Plenty of restaurants, including Japanese and Korean BBQ, and Southeast Asian cuisine. It’s also very close to In-N-Out. A wide variety to choose from! Highly recommended!

The front desk check-in process was incredibly inefficient, with long waiting times and a very disorganized service flow. I felt uneasy about how they handled my credit card during check-in, and the deposit refund has been significantly delayed, despite multiple attempts to resolve it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Definitely avoid InterContinental; Hilton is much better.

The room amenities were just okay, and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. However, the front desk service was quite good, and members even get a complimentary bottle of welcome water. Dining options nearby are plentiful and convenient. There are also high-end shopping malls like South Coast Plaza and Nordstrom. John Wayne Airport is very close, about a 10-minute drive, which is super convenient for domestic flights within the US.

Our first night in the US! Great location, not too far from LAX, and close to South Coast Plaza. The room was clean, and the self-service breakfast was decent.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the location, as always, is fantastic – right opposite South Coast Plaza and with plenty of restaurants nearby. This time, the room conditions were pretty good, though the shower pressure was a bit low, which made washing long hair a challenge. They don't clean the rooms daily, so you need to inform the front desk in advance. However, the towels they provided were always warm, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was limited but sufficient and quite fresh. The service was also good. The best part is the free parking; they proactively ask you at check-in and provide a card to place in your car. It's great value for money, and I'd choose to stay here again next time.

The location is great, right off the freeway. Plus, there's a supermarket within walking distance, which is super convenient.

Good location, spacious room, and excellent breakfast service. However, the bed was a bit too soft and sagged a little, making it less comfortable for sleeping.
