Hotels near Lebard Stadium in Costa Mesa

This was booked as part of our California road trip. We were able to book in early, which was a real plus, however we found the room to be very dark and it smelt damp. It was a good size and had a full size fridge. The carpets however were filthy!! We all had showers and within minutes of walking around barefoot our feet were black!! Our kids used the pool, which was fenced off in the middle of the car park. It had ample seating around it, but it certainly wasn’t the cleanest. The hot tub was green in colour. We had an issue with our sink, which made it unusable. It took 2 phone calls to reception to get this sorted. The hotel was well positioned for Newport and Huntington. It’s on a busy road, but there are good restaurants and shops around. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Its dated and needs a good clean.

I personally think it's not bad, a hotel. The environment is very good. It's also very close to the airport, and you can get there quickly by calling UBER. And it's a 5-10 minute walk across from the hotel, which is the largest shopping mall in Los Angeles....South Coast Plaza, all the nameplates are in place, it's worth visiting.

The room was large but felt as if it was under renovation with half assembled pieces of furniture. We slept ok. Everything worked well and it was good to have a microwave and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was subpar, definitely. Another issue was with the cleaning of the room. The first day we put up the sign that there was no need to clean the room. And it wasn’t cleaned. Good. Next day we did not put up the sign because we wanted it cleaned. It wasn’t. We were then told that to get the room cleaned we had to alert the reception. Which we then did. The third day we left early and came back late, and the room was yet again not cleaned. Perhaps they are understaffed on cleaners or they give priority to rooms checked out to make them ready for new guests, but it got annoying for us.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good and not luxurious, but it was basically good. The hotel is a 25-minute drive from Disney and about an hour from Universal Studios. The airport also takes an hour and a half. It is close to Irvine. You can go there for Chinese food, you can eat Haidilao, and beef is a must. There are also net red hi multi-party ramen, just to line up. In short this hotel is recommended, there is a laundry room, and the underground parking lot can also reach the elevator, which is great

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Even though I was told there was no microwave or refrigerator we had both in our room. Breakfast was very minimal, sweet rolls, coffee and juice. Ask for a room away from the noisy freeway. We will stay there again if in the Costa Mesa area.

Very good 👍 It is relatively cost-effective in Los Angeles. And it's close to the shopping mall. It's very convenient for eating and shopping. The mall has a festive atmosphere Service: The service is also great. The lobby is very warm and the service is very considerate. Check-in is smooth.

I want to take a moment to applied this wonderful and almost hidden property here in Irvine California. My family and I have stayed at Hotel Irvine for the past five years during Fourth of July to keep our pets calm and relax. That is a lovely property (see my T.A. Review for our experience there as well...) and we were sad when we heard they were closed due to the health crisis that we hope will pass. When we arrived, we were greeted with authentic and happy staff members to check us in. This is always a great sign of a soon to be successful visit. We took care of the paperwork which took about one We arrived in the evening and we were greeted with big smiles from a very welcoming staff. Very wonderful first impression and it only took one or two minutes at the most to complete the paperwork and we were invited to our room. The room is clean and has the amenities for cooking with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes that made it seem like home right away. The bathroom was extremely clean and even we were treated with designer soap and shampoo that we never had it any other properties which might not seem like much, but it really is a nice touch to show that this organization invests in their guest’s stay. It is a unique time to travel in the world but my family and I just simply don’t really wear masks or anything like that because we are healthy and we stay out of public places for the most part. No one at the staff was pushing us to live or act a certain way, but they all had masks on and we’re very pleasant about what we have to do in this time. Just to clarify, we are not against wearing masks… We were just excited to leave our home and the fireworks behind and just walked in the building without them on because there were no signs to say otherwise. We were not met with any attitude to do anything different or so. We were just greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was pleasant at all hours of the day and night when we needed anything. There is an on-site laundry facility as well as generous snacks that one can pay for in a room that is adjacent to the wonderful gym that is accessible 24 hours a day and the staff will allow one or two members in the gym at a time. When a person finishes working out or training, they will close the gym until they clean it and make it welcoming for the next guest. This is a great touch and I used this wonderful gym that was more than accommodating. The reason why I am leaving this review is I’m still on the property and every time we go to walk our dogs outside, we meet a new staff member or just simply walked by someone we haven’t seen, and they are always smiling and checking on us and making us feel welcome. Any property can have the finest amenities and greatest location, all of these things are great… But this property has great people that take care of their guests and this is the best experience my family and I have invested in in our 10 years in California.
