Perfect place, everything is thought out for an excellent stay, however there is very poor insulation in the rooms.

I've stayed at 6 hotels in costa teguise now including the paradiso formally the melia. The barcelo in my opinion and it is just my opinion is faultless. Perfect food and amazing choices, attentative staff all day long and nothing is too much trouble, and everyone has an approachable let me help you smile. Our room we are in currently as part of our engagement holiday is 2011 and a junior suite and it's one of the best if not the best rooms I've stayed in. Being a dj I live out of hotels so this says a lot. We will be coming back as this place rocks. Awesome people service and accommodation making our holiday perfect. Thank you barcelo.

LOVELY hotel!! Is only a 4* but could easily be a 5. Very relaxing and quiet hotel, if your wanting to relax then this is the place, currently on our 3rd night here and we are really enjoying it Beach isn't far and there are a few to choose from in the area, lots of bars and shops in the area and we visited the Aquarium today We have a junior suite with hot tub on the balcony and it was very clean and spacious , rooms are very clean and cleaners do an amazing job aswell as being very friendly, room 2067 with a limited sea view Hotel is super super clean, food is great for an all inclusive. No issues reserving beds or getting drinks at the bar It has been sooooo windy but the breeze has been great alongside blue skies Staff are friendly and welcoming, prosecco on arrival, only snag would be nobody to take your cases when you arrive later so lugging big luggage bags up 2 flights of stairs after a long day is hard work No complaints otherwise! It's a very quiet hotel so if your looking for an all inclusive with a vibe this is not the place as its pure tranquil! A lovely stay and I would highly recommend, thank you Barcelo 2nd time in Lazarote, very different to Playa Blanca but find the locals here very welcoming and friendly on the island as a whole

Firstly this is nowhere near a 4 star hotel rooms are tatty and appeared nothing like the pictures on the site we did tell the hotel who offered another room but the balcony had sun all day and the room was quite so better the devil you know Food was never hot and at times cold and very repetitive at times too busy for us so had breakfast at a local cafe Champs bar is terrible service and over priced We did get a free bottle of fizzy wine because of the tatty room but may be better to sort them out which they said they would Staff though are very helpful and polite

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Warm welcome with the offer of a glass of Prosecco upon arrival. The reception area is beautiful and very clean. My room wasn’t ready (check in is 3pm) but I was able to use the facilities right away. I found it a little confusing for a few days what was/wasn’t included in the all inclusive (AI) - turns out pretty much everything is as nothing was charged for. Some staff ask for your room number and ask if your AI, others don’t so that does confuse you at times. Food was lovely. Breakfast (from 7:30am) is buffet style with lots on offer including some gluten free options which suited me. Lunch you can either have in the breeze bar ordering off the menu or champs bar ordering off the menu. Dinner is then back in the main dining area 7pm start. Lots of tables, never had an issue getting a table any day / time. Lots of food options on offer including chefs who cook meats / fish fresh for you. Table service for dinner regarding drinks orders. Pool was beautiful, loads of beds although it does get busy. The beds around the infinity pool tend to be less used if you can’t find one around the main pool. There is some entertainment every day such as cocktail making, wine tasting, painting, Pilates, all fairly peaceful. There was also a 2 piece band one day and a violinist another. Sundays there is a DJ which is the most lively day, otherwise it is very peaceful and tranquil. Don’t go if you’re looking for something very lively and upbeat. In the doorstep of the beach and the main areas for outside bars and restaurants. Didn’t see the evening entertainment but there did seem to be singers on some occasion, again they weren’t on late so if you want something more lively you’d leave the hotel to go wandering. Room was a good standard, a little dated in some respect. The bed - wow amazing! The comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in!! Heaven. If you have a room with a jacuzzi this is nice, it’s not a hot tub but it’s nice enough to again relax and chill out in the evenings. Some are on the balcony and some inside. I emailed and asked for an outdoor one and got this. They try to accommodate as best they can! Overall I would definitely go back and recommend the hotel for those looking for a relaxing break.

Lovely location, well priced for full board. Excellent selection of drinks available within the package. Food wise, we were very impressed, especially by the staff ‘Brahim’ in the Champs spots bar in particular really looked after us, welcomed us every time and helped to make our visit a very happy week.

From the first moment of entering the hotel I could tell I made the right decision to book. Modern, clean and bright reception area with an elegant glass of Cava to welcome us in. The staff were very helpful with arranging a balloon surprise in the room prior to our arrival for my friends birthday, which she loved. Marion the Guest Experience Manager executed this well and made sure everything was perfect. The room was a good size and we choose one of the hot tub rooms and made full use of it. Everyday the room was cleaned and we were provided with a top up of toiletries for the hot tub. The only downside to the room was the lack of a view from the balcony. The pools were stunning, spotlessly clean and nice and quiet perfect place to relax, plenty of sun loungers and day beds under the sun. Optional aqua fit on bikes in the main pool which was envigorating and lots of fun. The instructor was patient and made the class enjoyable. The spa was bliss with thermal circuit which we paid €10 each and had the spa to ourself, it was soo relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and nicely displayed, everything tasted fresh and there was a wide range to choose from. I could not fault it. There was even a selection of sweets at dinner which made me feel like a kid in a candy store. The hotel is situated in a great location with the beach near by aswell as a selection of restaurants and a few bars for night time entertainment within walking distance. Thanks to all the staff at Barcelo Teguise for making this stay so perfect. Cannot wait to come back again

The whole experience staying at Barcelo Teguise beach is exceptional. Staff are fantastic rooms are delightful. Location is fantastic just a minute walk from all restaurants bars beach etc. This hotel is adults only creating a very relaxing holiday.

We had our honeymoon there in Aug 22, then our 1st wedding anniversary there last year and will be back in Aug 24. Such an amazing hotel. Relaxing, enjoyable, staff were brilliant esp Salik. Always there to help if needed. Food was incredible esp the puddings. Can’t find a bad thing to write and can’t wait till August this year. Thank you Barceló.

This is an excellent Hotel and it’s in my favourite resort of Costa Teguise Lanzarote. I am going to Costa Teguise on holidays for over 20 years and since 2016 I have made 12 trips to the Teguise Beach Hotel The Location is spot on The Hotel Accommodation is fantastic The Atmosphere and nightly entertainment is great And last but not least the staff will make you feel very VIP from the minute you arrive. On top of that there is an excellent guest loyalty system Give it a go

Beautiful position and great hotel. Food amazing and great quality. Very clean great room spacious with sea view. We upgraded on day one to all inclusive. I would say however that it is not made clear what this service includes and we were asked to pay for some drinks on check out. Ask about what drinks are free and what aren’t otherwise there will be charges on leaving. I would still return and definately come back.

Was probably nice once but I think the picture sums it up. Rooms dated, staff are tired and disinterested . Hotel far too big for number of staff. Complained about TV and Wi-Fi not working but just got an apology but no recompense Worst Barcelo I’ve stayed at

The staff could not do any more to make us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel is on a new level! Best place ever!
