Neptuno Suites

Upon arriving at Neptuno Suites we were greeted by the reception staff who told us our room had been double booked so they could not accommodate us for the first night. They were apologetic and did provide us with alternate accommodation. However, we were extremely upset and disappointed that they hadnt contacted us earlier to tell us this. It soured the holiday which was a 60th birthday gift for my husband. The superior room with sea view was basic but clean, could do with a repaint/upgrade. The fridge broke the next day which was replaced within 24hours but all the items had to be thrown away. The plug socket was hanging off the wall with exposed wiring

Brilliant apartments with amenities if required. Absolute perfect location 20 footsteps or so to the beach the shops the bars and the restaurants quiet clean and excellent value for money. Beautifull complex, very peaceful and extremely clean. We had suite 314 provided by the lovely Karina. Balconay looked straight out to Arrecife and over the lagoon. Everything you need is supplied including microwve, toaster, kettle, hob and all utensils. If you want a safe that will cost 15e plus a 10e key deposit per week but everything else is free. Mind Tv channels are a bit scamp due to poor satalite signal. But wifi seems to work perfectly. Would highly recommend the complex. Location is awsome with everything on your doorstep. We had a great week at Neptuno suites. Staff were lovely and polite. Quiet and relaxing with a beautiful sea view. It was only a couple of minutes to the beach, restaurants, bars and the main square. Room was basic, spacious, clean and beds comfy, just what we wanted. Lovely sun trap on the balcony too. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food. Pool was great also, just the right size, never a problem getting a sun-bed. Would definitely return.

Arrived late and did not get the room we expected. This was rectified the next morning and we had a wonderful room with fantastic views for the rest of our stay. This place is spotless, the staff are so helpful. Best position on the front of the promenade. Pool area quiet and chilled. If you want a totally relaxing holiday with great setting and staff, then this is the place for you. It might not have 5 star rating, but who needs that when you can stay here. Lovely holiday.

The Neptuno Suites are located right on top of the beach in a prime area surrounded by Bars , Restaurants , & Shops . The rooms are fully equipped with all you need for your stay . The pool area is clean & tidy with ample sunbeds , the area gets the sun all day . Breakfast area look clean & tidy with lots of choice with the option to eat inside or outside ( we were self catering ) . The water pressure in the apartments is very low , however the water is hot . Towels appear to be changed once a week , rooms are cleaned at least 4 times a week . Only Beer & water is available to purchase , by the pool area . Reception is closed from 8pm & you are given a key along with your room key to get in and out of the building . Right outside the hotel is a bar called Vali , its a great place to have a Beer or Cocktail with seating inside or outside . We found the best restaurant to eat was Cesare its about a 10 minute walk from the hotel , ate there 5 nights out of 7 . A tip is to book a table for the evening during the day as restaurants are packed out between 6:30 to 9 . The local square is a great place to people watch its full of bars & restaurants . We are definitely going back sometime this year & would be happy to stay at the Neptuno . (ps) If possible when booking try and ask for a room that faces directly on to the sea & or pool area

This was our second stay at Neptuno and will definately be back again next year. Both rooms were exeptional with amazing views, perfect for watching the sunset. Reception staff are great especially Ruth. Rooms are spotlessley clean and comfortable. Location is perfect just a short walk from a choice of beaches and the 2 restaurants adjoining the apartments have amazing food and service although you have to book both in advance. Look forward to staying with you again.

Neptuno Suites is located in an excellent position, lovely quiet area of the town, our first visit to Costa Teguise and will certainly return. However on arrival we were so disappointed as had reserved a sea view, room 211 certainly was not. Special holiday celebrating wedding anniversary, visions of sitting on the balcony enjoying the sea 🤔 Our view from room 211 was infact a white wall and flat roof section of the building complex. Only when you accessed the balcony were you able to view a small section of the sea in between the front apartment block and wall of next apartment. Enquired if we could upgrade/move but apparently the complex was full. On our departure whilst sat in reception awaiting transfer— ladies checked into our room and heard them voice exactly the same complaint to reception staff, same answer complex full. Agree with previous review, Reception Staff quite indifferent, one lady in particular was very somber- a smile costs nothing. Cleaning staff were completely different, friendly, helpful, everywhere was spotless albeit the complex was a bit tired. Some areas and appliances in the rooms definitely indeed of refurbishment/replacement. Pool area was excellent, very quiet, never a problem getting a sun bed. Think carefully about room choice, “ocean view”is the best location.
