Cottesloe Hotels with Wi-Fi

Family Dove overall enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location as chalets are 3/4 minutes walk from the beach, ice cream, fish and chips and pizza! 10 minutes to Scarboro’s skate park & amazing playground & 20 mins to Mettams pool. Ideal for FIFO needing a break and sports teams- we saw at least 4 such groups during our long weekend. Pros; * location can’t be beaten if proximity to Cottesloe strip is what you are looking for. Amazing sunsets. *A very decent price for what could be a space for a family of 6. * we found it very clean - hotel standard linen cleanliness. kitchen with all utensils and other items possibly needed. *super hot water & good pressure * friendly and helpful staff * Domestic size pool well kept- our kids liked the option to get wet in a variety of spaces. * lots of options to people watch at the OBH and Cott Hotel. Cons; *Our room -37- was right next door to The Cottesloe Beach club. On the weekend the 1970s disco mega mix was a bit much- especially as the DJ played the same set Sat and Sun.. if you like an old fashioned stereotypical hens night mix of ABBA/MJ/Saturday Nite fever then you’ll be happy. It was a bit much for us.. *aircon works really well but is very noisy - but this blocks out 70s mega mix * yes the whole space is dated and could do with a refresh but then it wouldn’t be as affordable..

Stayed again at the OBH, ( 3rd time) love it for the position , space and above all the staff.--so friendly and helpful, with a special mention for Lynda on reception who went out of her way to make my 2 night stay lovely. . A slight hiccup on arrival over my booking was quickly resolved by her . The style of the rooms may be a bit faded but they are large and immaculately clean , large room, powerful shower, fridge and sink in the living area, and very comfortable bed. It's a quick walk to the shark-netted beach by the Indiana but the beach opposite the hotel itself is lovely for a swim and the hotel has free beach -towel loan (useful as it means not having to pack one) . The accommodation is in one building and the pub and restaurant is in another beside it . so this review is mainly about the accommodation. One quirk is that the TV is at the opposite end of the large rooms , so I was reluctant to used it much as I didn't want to disturb others but this wasn't really an issue for me . The bus stop outside takes you to the station or Cottesloe Village shops, although it's only a 15 min walk anyway. Bottleshop at the back of hotel and I recommend the Thai restaurant 'Spice Kitchen ' near it , which is BYO and lovely food. I'm not inclined to recommend the bar food in the hotel bar, I tried it twice and it was disappointing and the bar staff seem bored and disinterested.I didn't try the restaurant
