Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Cottonwood

Nice to stay at a hotel that has everything up to date in working order a so clean.breakfast was great and everything you needed was there, including helpful staff.

It was close to all the places we wanted to visit, with a restaurant right in town that was highly recommended.

Newer built. BEDS: uncomfortable with horrible pillows and scratchy sheets. SHOWER: not too bad water pressure, I'd rate it a C+. BREAKFAST: not very good, we were offered old omelets, smoked sausage that tasted like pure fat, lukewarm not cooked all the way potatoes with a seasoning that was so bad!! Coffee was ok and so was the oatmeal.

We stayed here for one night for our wedding in Sedona. We had several family members stay here and all had a great experience. Hotel was clean and nice. Lots of parking available. Staff was very kind and helpful, they even congratulated us on our wedding with a card and small gift, which was very kind.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was awesome. My only wish, i would of liked and option of scrambled eggs for breakfast as i dont care much for cheese on my eggs. Overall, great place to stay.

Exceptionally friendly staff, even during stressful moments (the system was down, but they remained calm, clearly communicated, and kept things flowing). I was really blown away to see how well they worked under crisis.

Room was spacious, clean and well designed. Wesley, front desk was the most courteous clerk we've ever had the pleasure to work with. I mentioned the firmness of mattress and right away he solved the problem by bringing up extra bedding to help.

Newer hotel. Had the great small os a new hotel. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable. Great value for the price.
