"Our second stay did not disappoint.
The breakfast area is large and clean with plenty of choices. The new coffee machine seemed to be a big hit.
My only peeve is that I wish they had some sort of shelf in the shower/toilet room. I hate juggling my eye glasses and underwear and personal supplies on the back of a toilet tank.
Hopefully we’ll be back next year. We like the location and access to many restaurants a short drive away."

"The bed was so high that I couldn't get my feet, and I had a big photo and enjoyed it in a luxury mood.
There was also a bathtub, soaking in the bathtub firmly to heal my fatigue. Thank you very much."

"There are a lot of people staying on holidays, not far from the attractions, the transportation is convenient, the hotel is old and styled, clean and safe, the car on the first floor of the accommodation can be parked outside the door, it feels very safe, the coin-operated laundry drying clothes are only 1 dollar very affordable, all kinds of facilities are complete, but the restaurant is a little small, You have to queue up when you sleep late... Haha, there are many shopping conveniences in the surrounding environment, and the cleaning service staff are friendly and impressed ．．．．."

This historic yet cozy home is not only in the perfect location it is recently remodeled and up to speed with all the modern essentials every traveler requires. Travelers from around the world come to our valley for the beautiful red rocks, outdoor activities, escaping the hot weather of Phoenix and for the local wine tasting. So, let us welcome you, your loved ones and even your family pets (no cats please) on your next vacation here in sunny AZ!
We have two homes that are white with white picket fences right next to each other on Main St. This is our smaller more affordable home. The other property next door is a little larger and also can be found on VRBO and other booking sites.
2 Master style bedrooms with a full bath for each room.
Front bedroom has a super comfortable king bed, soft sheets, new towels and stand up shower in its attached bathroom.
Back bedroom makes the most of its space by giving you a bunk bed that has a queen down bellow and a twin XL up top. This bathroom gives you the option of a stand up shower or as a bathtub.
This fresh remodel includes new kitchen countertops and appliances with a dual action coffee machine for traditional brewing or for using K-cups.
Full size washer, dryer, dishwasher and a large back yard to let your pets out. Reminder to always check the fence for any new holes or crannies your little ones can squeeze out of. We walk it as much as we can but just to be safe, always double check.
Propane grill out back. (Propane is not guaranteed but often has leftover gas)
Sit back and enjoy, relaxing on the large sectional couch inside or use the rocking chairs out front during our good weather, drink some fresh tea or people watch while you drink some local wine! The best restaurants in town are literally just a short walk around the corner as well as free overnight city EV chargers. (EV chargers are free and rarely out of order but are not super fast but will charge most EV's a decent amount in 8-14hrs. EXP Tesla Model S gained 16 miles per hour charge rate)
We have high speed wifi, strong enough to stream your favorite tv apps on one of our three TVs using roku or the TVs internal apps.
There is no traditional cable tv or guarantee of local channels.
Park up to three cars, front to back, in our designated parking area.
We do not allow large parties outside the residents listed on your rental agreement and do not allow individuals or business/corps to book this home for part time or seasonal workers. This home is provided for families limited to 5 persons with vacation type itineraries.
Reminder this is an older home under the new remodel but things can happen, break, wear out, ect...we just ask you to give us an opportunity to fix the situation.

If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in's when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival.
While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
Although issues are rare, due to the nature of the spa, we cannot guarantee its use during your stay. The pool is cleaned & maintained once per week (Wednesdays) by a local pool company. They will at times make a follow up visit the next day to make sure everything looks great. Since we cannot control or guarantee their immediate assistance on pool issues we recommend you do not book the home based solely on the use of the pool.
Please do not exceed the occupancy of 22 guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.

The Neighborhood:
Guests have full river access from the property (a short walk from the backyard). Canoes, Kayaks and other water gear can be rented a few blocks from the home and launched at the river’s access point.
**NOTE: Due to the nature of the river area, ALL children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Life vests are required.
Other Things to Note:
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but require that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.

Casa Naranja is a 1500 square foot modern one story three bedroom, 2 bath house. The living room accouterments include leather sofa, loveseat and chair with power recline, headrest and lumbar adjustment. After a day of hiking or sight seeing you can relax in front of the 75" Smart TV. The patio has a Weber gas grill and a gas fire table where you can relax and enjoy a view of Mingus Mountain and historic Jerome. If you enjoy outdoor dining the outside table seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal and the indoor dining table comfortably seats 6. The main bedroom has a King bed, two leather chairs and a three quarters bath--shower as opposed to bath. The two other bedrooms both have Queen beds. Extra linens and towels are provided. The home is centrally located to Cottonwood, Clarkdale and Jerome. Many local attractions are very nearby. Originally built in 1912 in Jerome, our home was moved to it's current location in the 1960's. The entire home is newly remodeled. You'll be delighted by it's charm; copper counter tops, Madagascar wood shelves, unique lighting fixtures, walk in shower, and so much more!

- The surrounding neighborhood is an older part of Cottonwood. Several neighbors have dogs, which you will hear from time to time. Some homes on our street look rough around the edges. We’ve found this to be part of the charm of Cottonwood and have only had positive experiences. However, some guests might prefer the solitude of not having nearby neighbors like we have here.
- To help ensure the safety of our guests and team members, we have an exterior surveillance camera located at the front door.
Pet policy:
- We are dog friendly!
- $90 pet fee
- No dogs allowed on furniture. Plan accordingly and bring your own dog blanket or bed. We do not provide one.
- Please clean up after your pet. We will charge for any damage or pet mess left behind.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, including 2 parking spaces in front of the house.

The neighborhood is up-and-coming. You might find it to be rough on the edges but we’ve found the neighbors to be kind and welcoming.
Getting Around:
You’ll want to have a car while staying Cottonwood. Several restaurants are within a 20 minute walk. There is also Verde Valley Bicycle company who you can rent bikes from.

You'll have the entire place to yourself but we're nearby in case you need anything.

This inviting, freshly remodeled home has it all! Featuring high end finishes and sitting in the heart of charming Old Town Cottonwood, this home is walking distance to the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and wineries in town. The home is conveniently located near playgrounds for kids, and trails that lead you to the Verde River and Dead Horse State Park.
The house is three bedroom/two full baths and will comfortably sleep six people on one king bed a queen bed and one day bed with pull out trundle bed. Features include, new central A/C with gas heating, WiFi with streaming capability, cable tv, a large family sectional, wood-burning fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen.
Included gated front/backyard, parking for two vehicles (with street parking, if needed).
The weather in Cottonwood, AZ is much cooler than Phoenix and Tucson in the summer, with mild winters that sometimes include snow! The famous red rocks of Sedona and mining/ghost-town of Jerome are a quick fifteen minute drive away! We always recommend the local state parks for biking, hiking, and fishing. Sister town, Clarkdale is three minutes away with a great Copper Museum and Verde Canyon Railway that explains the history of our small mining towns. Visit the Native American ruins of Tuzigoot while you are in town, raft the Verde River to one of our many local wineries, or cool off with a swim in Oak Creek Canyon.
