Your Northern Arizona getaway awaits you in Cottonwood, the heart of Verde Valley wine country. The Barn is tucked into the back corner of a 2.5-acre property, allowing you to enjoy the two large porches, fire pit, swimming pool, and natural surrounding landscape (a bit of a birder's paradise), all with ample privacy. When you're ready to explore all that the Verde Valley has to offer, you'll find that you're right in the middle of everything: 7 minutes from Old Town Cottonwood with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and wine tasting rooms, 15 minutes to the vineyards of Page Springs, 18 minutes to historic Jerome, 22 minutes to the heart of Sedona's red rock vistas, one hour and 15 minutes to the high country of Flagstaff, and two and a half hours to the Grand Canyon. If you happen to be traveling in an EV, rest easy knowing that you can power your explorations with free, on-site, Level 2 charging (up to 11kW), offset by the Barn's large solar array. Please no charging during peak hours (4–7 PM, Mon–Fri); fees apply for peak-rate charging. Pool & Fire Pit: The pool is private and unsupervised — no lifeguard is on duty. Guests use the pool, pool deck, and fire pit at their own risk. Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. No diving; no glass. Rescue equipment and depth markers are provided. Our full rental agreement, including the pool waiver, applies to all bookings. Security Cameras: Please note that The Barn has four outdoor security cameras covering the parking areas, driveway, front entrance, the storage/trash area beside the house, and the rear of the storage shed. All cameras face away from common living areas and are conspicuously mounted. There are no cameras indoors or at the pool area.
