I stayed in France for three days in total, mainly because my friend's bag was lost. The local police were quibbling and irresponsible, so I had to rely on the embassy. Black people were prevalent, almost 3/4 of the pedestrians on the street were black. The subway was also served by black people, who were lazy and sloppy. The service was terrible.

Firstly the room was cold and when i asked for extra blanket the receptionist out-rightly declined saying i don't have a blanket which is absurd. Secondly it seemed that the receptionist was less bothered by our issue as i informed her it was too cold and heater in the room does not seem to heat properly. There was no brushes or toothpaste or slippers in the room.

Mediocre room. Dirty floor but well equipped. No air con so room was like a furnace but both windows open fully. We paid to use car park which was the foulest place I’ve ever been with an open sewer overflowing then when we asked to leave car to 5pm after check out they refused. We paid to park yet asked to move car. Location is great. We used the public swimming pool opposite and the kids play park and splash pad.

I spent 1 night in one of the studio, I was attending a family funeral. Well equipped - I could have cooked a proper meal, also new sponge, tea towel, etc. Comfortable bed, table and 2 chairs, decent storage space. Really good location, the bakery nearby is a must try. Great staff. Excellent value for money. Not sure why they get bad reviews.

In summary: Family trip with 2 children aged 5 and 7. Kids activities were not available. Checking in - unorganised and rooms not ready for 3pm check-in. Payment - full payment in advance. The online check-in is not valid. Parking - €15 per day paid up front. Rooms - we had a family apartment / room. It was adequate for 2 adults and 2. Shower was intermittent with super hot then super cold, not thermostat control. Metro - circa 15mins walk to RER. Service - poor, disorganised and not very responsive. Request of fresh towels took more than 30mins. Would we stay here again - No

I had booked a 2-night stay at this hotel from 1st to 3rd April. However, due to a French border officials’ strike, I couldn’t travel from Dover. I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and they agreed to postpone my stay for free until the end of May. But when I tried to use my booking on May 29th, they wanted to charge me an extra 150% and did not honor their agreement. They also refused to refund my money. I do not recommend this hotel, because of their dishonesty and lack of customer service - they did not keep their word. Avoid - There are better options in Paris.

This place is in a quite neighborhood, with parks, shops, restaurants all within walkable distance. Take a stroll downhill as River Seine is close by, you could even see Eiffel Tower from afar. Right opposite to the hotel - is a play area for kids, a carousel, water fountains, benches, etc where you can relax. I had a pleasant experience at the reception. I remember Milos who is very courteous and helped us as I checked-out early. And would return to collect my shipment delivered during the day.

The appart hotel is quite well located but some renovation works were being performed at the eleven floor when I arrived at 5PM. The room was correct. But even for platinum profile the service was poor. I rather spend a little bit more and stay at the Mercure nearby more modern and confortable.

Hotel well located and good for low budget but the current prices are far in excess of the limited facilities that it provides. No Air-conditioning and in temperate season you need to open your windows. I strongly feel really bad that a normal price of 60 - 70 Euros became 200 Euros per night for this supposed to be low budget budget apart Hotel.

Let's start with the positive: well positioned, room of a decent size, OK bedding... And that's it. When you see that there are 13 floors (I would count only 12 after) with about 10 rooms per floor at 150€ minimum. Let's start with an average occupancy rate of 60% we are on 10k€ minimum day. Being able to have two functional elevators is a minimum, clean tables in the room, soundproofing of the doors I think it's possible... Unfortunately all the hotels in the area being even more expensive there will always be customers in this hotel given the location and the lower cost than the neighbors. Might as well go further next time

Positive: cleanliness ok, rooms and bedding ok. Negative: big problem the insulation of the bedroom door: noise all the time, it seems like people are talking and the doors are slammed next to your ear at all hours, cleaning in the morning which is similar noise level for a move, big problem on that side. Even with a heavy sleep it’s hellish. Smell of food + cigarettes in the corridors and rooms. It remains expensive for the overall services.

We stayed here for three nights during a hospitality labor weekend. Basically a three day weekend. We paid a lot of money for the room on the grounds that it was quiet as no one was working. That's why we didn't spend a lot of money for the room and then went to find another hotel at Nine Points. The hotel is not very close to the La Défense metro station, but it's not out of the way either. It's a bit of a walk from the center of Paris (about 45 minutes), but it's perfect for those on business in La Défense. The hotel is clean, but like others have said, there is a weird smell in the hallways. The first time we came, they had some lemon spray so it wasn't too bad. But it was fine in the room so not a big deal. The room was great. We had a small kitchen with an oven and dishes. The decor is nice and the room is large. There is a wireless signal that allows you to access the Internet for free, and its name is Swiss. We were given an access code and password for a card, in fact we were using the same network at another hotel. The only problem we had with our stay was that we got kicked out by the waitress. The hotel's check out time is 11 o'clock and we wanted to leave on time, but she insisted that our room be the only room on that floor that was cleaned at 10 o'clock.
