From checking to checking out - the hotel and all staff have been brilliant. Room was perfect, all the top qualities you would expect to find. Breakfast very good value, lots of options to choose from. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good

We travelled to Coventry for The Wooden Spoon rugby event. The Telegraph was perfect for us, we flew into birmingham and got the bus straight to the hotel £2 each….the location was terrific, shops and restaurants only minutes away. We had room service our first night, food was delicious, really enjoyed the buffet breakfast it had a really great selection. Our room was spotless, the beds very comfortable…air con was very welcomed as it was a really warm weekend….can’t say enough good things about the staff, everyone very helpful and polite…….I would recommend The Telegraph to anyone travelling to Coventry, we will be back.

Although it is not near to the train station, it is a great place stay if you always want to go to the city center or go any where else as the bus station is just next to it.

The location is good located at the city Center, the hotel is clean, service is average. One thing I didn’t like is the design of the room, that was tooooo dark even I have already turned on all the light, I feel a bit creepy when I first entered the room. Will not stay again if I m alone.

The experience was really amazing. It was very romantic and calming. Loved the vintage style. Everything was up to point. I would highly recommend it.

Convenient transportation, the only regret is that you need to go to a public parking lot to park, the hotel does not have its own parking lot The room is very clean and the space is relatively large It is easy to eat nearby, and there are Chinese restaurants on the street opposite the hotel

The room is big (for a hotel in the UK), the room is very clean, and there is an electric clothes drying rack, so the laundry is dried overnight. The front desk service is friendly, and the breakfast is OK, which is a complete self-service, just a traditional British breakfast: bacon, sausage, fried eggs, tomato and soybeans, bread, milk, coffee, juice. The hotel does not have a parking lot. I will stay here again next time I come to Coventry.

We booked for four days and the overall feeling was good. The only problem was that the bathroom drain was blocked on the first day and the bathroom was full of water. We called for maintenance and it took until the next day to fix it. The waiter cleaned the bathroom and wiped the floor on the same day. The breakfast and environment were good.
