36 Evington Ave The house itself is lovely but severely lacking in things like baking trays and so on so we had to eat out each night. The spa is unusable as fence is too close to spa so unless you are extremely skinny you can't get the lid off and even though I took a step with me there was no room for it unless I could jam the safety gate open so I have cancelled my booking for the New Year as this one was so disappointing and the spa desperately needed to be cleaned and the filters changed. So all I can honestly say is it was a lovely house but severely lacking everything else , even the games room was lacking just a couple of card games useable, even couch leg was broken in family room. So really not impressed with what I wasted my money on.
