Dera Resort & Spa- Cox's Bazar

Had a really bad experience. They claim they are 5 star, but they aren’t. Had the worst buffet breakfast. As there were very limited amounts of options as it was before as i watched some reviews. Staffs aren’t that much welcoming and they were taking much time to respond. There were some basic indoor games, like table tanis, table football. And guess what! It needs to be paid for simple games like these. Simply nothing to do in their place. After evening, the place become very depressing. The whole place become quitter. There was a live music section, which was horrible and very low class. We had to spend our whole time at bay watch resorts lounge. The prices of the foods are way too much. Simply nothing recommended at all

I loved the atmosphere and the environment of this resort. The rooms are comfortable according to the rate they offered. The price of the rooms are reasonable. Location is very easy to find. The food was also good. The chefs prepared food for my child according to my request. In short it's a good getaway from all stress and tiredness.

We stayed for 3 nights and 2days, though it's not rush hour. We enjoyed every bit of it, room, room service, ambience, breakfast food and the hospitality. I will recommend those who would appreciate quality.

Top notch & their behavior is nice too 👍 especially the guy named Abdullah who has helped us during our candle light dinner is very well behaved.

Great value for money considering the facilities and service provided. Our stay at House Kipper Al-Amin was wonderful. Mr. Al-Amin was extremely welcoming and made sure everything was comfortable for our family. And also HK Abdullah provided excellent service at the Room cleaning & her behavior. Just arrived at Dera Resort, Cox's Bazar and I'm already in love with this place! The environment is peaceful, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and everything feels so refreshing and well-maintained. Al - Amin has been an amazing part of this experience so warm, thoughtful, and supportive throughout. Her presence really added a personal touch to the trip and made everything feel even more special and comfortable. A special mention also goes to Al - Amin. His hospitality and helpful attitude truly made our stay even more enjoyable. He's attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great people and great service, this place is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!
