Generally, I have good impression. The only problem I experienced were no working AC, however, two fans solved a problem, so I was ok. Breakfast isn’t huge: it’s ok, there is even eggs station, but that’s almost all. Chicken, couple more items and two fruits. Not big, but you won’t be hungry. People are very welcome.

Not an ideal hotel to stay at as per the description. Not a good location, very dirty as well.

Vary good service

Had the best stay in this hotel. Though it had its ups and down. The rooms i stayed in was so well managed, and whenever i went out and room services were called they thoroughly cleaned the room. But there was some problem with the AC. From the balcony of the below floors, garbage could be seen. The atmosphere was great. The breakfast was really good. The location is a bit far from the beach. There were some noise problems too. The rooftop swimming pool was great.

A hotel’s reputation really depends on its employees, and unfortunately ours was ruined by the way we were treated at check-out. Everything went fine during our stay, but at check-out they told us that one towel was missing from one of the four rooms we had booked and that we needed to pay for it. I said, “Please check our bags first and then, if you still think it’s missing, charge us.” Instead, they immediately insisted that we *must* pay and wanted to check our bags only after that. I then asked them to give us something in writing stating that they were charging us without checking our bags. They refused that as well. I spoke to my family members, and they told me that in that room there were only two towels, not three. They had taken one towel to the swimming pool but brought it back to the room afterwards. The head of housekeeping literally raised his voice and said it was *only* our responsibility and that they hadn’t made any mistake. I repeatedly said I had no problem paying the money, but they should at least check our bags first. They never did. When I said I would post this experience online, they suddenly changed and told me I didn’t have to pay. We left our bags at the lobby and came back in the evening to collect them. At that time, they again said we had to pay for the towel. Once more I asked them to check our bags, but in the end I was tired of arguing, so I paid and left. It felt like pure harassment just so they could prove that they were not wrong and that only the customer makes mistakes. They completely ruined our day with their behaviour. People go to hotels to relax and have a good time, not to deal with this kind of horrible experience.

It was a great and eye-catching lobby.Staff were really helpful but sofas in family room was dirty and they really had to change it.However in the couples room,the sofas were huge and not as dirty.The breakfast timing:7-10am;must as early as possible or u will have to line in a long queue.Staff cannot control people getting out of the line and complaining.The infinity pool’s view is outstanding but like breakfast,it get stuffed with people and it isn’t the best place for couples or family.There is no bathtub in bathroom.Beds and bedroom looks really nice and luxurious.Although the bathrooms really need to be renovated.
