Tepid water, poor breakfast, tree trimming on Saturday evening. The Neighborhood is a bit noisy, although convenient for visiting the sites in Coyoacán. Nice, roomy accommodations and the bed was great, but overall seemed expensive for what we got.

We had a great stay and would stay again. We were surprised by how busy Coyoacan is for Dia de los Muertos, but Casa Moctezuma was a refuge!

We had an amazing time and appreciated all the effort the staff put into making sure we had a great stay.
Amy was so sweet and friendly. She made us feel at home! Miguel was always there and ready to help with anything we needed.
We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone!
We also fell in love with the Coyoacan neighborhood. It is not as much of a touristy area as Polanco or some others, and it was perfect for us. We loved walking around and always felt safe as we explored. It was also a very short walk (1-2 minutes) to the neighborhood center which was always a fun time.

My husband and I LOVED Casa Moctezuma in the charming neighborhood of Coyoacan! Our suite was spacious and quiet. We loved eating our full, delicious breakfast each morning (included in our rate) on the veranda of what was once an old, grand hacienda. Amy the manager and Miguel the hotel's full time staff on site were both so kind and helpful. Everything we wanted to see in the neighborhood...the plaza, market, Casa Azul, and loads of restaurants were an easy walk away. We had a wonderful 5 nights here!! thank you so much!

Our stay was wonderful. And I can’t say enough about the staff. Amy was one of the most welcoming and helpful person we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. And, we travel frequently. Miguel was also helpful. The breakfast was very nice and the courtyard was great. The room was slightly tired but very comfortable and spacious and met all of our needs. The Coyoacon region was perfect. Would stay here again any day!

Casa Moctezuma is a lovely place to stay. Tranquil and secure in one of the loveliest neighbourhoods in Mexico City. The staff are very kind. Good breakfast. Immaculate rooms oozing with charm. Recommended.

Wonderful hotel based in a beautiful building with attentive staff! The made-to-order breakfast was spectacular. The location in Coyoacán was wonderful and walkable to the Coyoacán market and the Frida Kahlo museum. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others looking to stay in this part of CDMX!

Beautiful grounds, quiet, safe neighborhood. Loved our loft room with two large kind sized beds. Great to have a kitchenette. Breakfast served at the hotel was delicious. Close to central plaza of Coyoacán.

This was a charming location just a few minutes from the action. It was quiet and safe. Staff was helpful. Chef made an excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.
