Very near airport.Chinese restaurant nearby .Good service. Fitness room.

The king room was smaller than advertised and very noisy, so I had to ask for a room change. The gym is small and stuffy with old equipment. The breakfast choices were limited and the omelet was smelly. No lactose free milk available, when I asked for it the staff pointed to the skimmed milk. The wait time for the shuttle is way too long. Waited 1,5 hour long and had to get in touch several times with the staff as they kept changing the pick up tine. Not what you expect after after a 24 hours plus journey.

Close to the airport, there is a pick-up service, but the car will only wait at the departure gate, Exit 4 or 5, on the hour. It’s not too far to take a taxi, Uber can reach it for 120 yuan. The room is spacious and has a coffee station to boil some hot water. There are no slippers, toothbrushes, etc., and the two charging eyes can be plugged in directly without conversion. Two bottles of mineral water are given, so you can simply go online and do some work. There is a hair dryer, safe, and ironing board.

The room was average. Due to travel issues, we negotiated with the front desk to pay a deposit for 6 nights in advance, so that we could cancel at midnight. But on the day of check-out after 5 nights, they kept making excuses, saying that they needed to consult the boss and send an email to explain the details. They refused to refund us in cash, saying that they would refund our credit card within 15 working days. We tried every means to communicate, and even contacted Ctrip customer service, but they were perfunctory, saying that we had no reservation record, and Ctrip did not put any pressure on us. I was disappointed with the hotel and Ctrip.

The room is relatively large, there are no slippers. The rooms facing the road are noisy, the breakfast is average, and there are not many options.
