Good potential but poor service. Breakfast terrible not fresh bread cold and oily fried eggs and omlette. Room small and uncomfortable. The personal are at most not very helpfully but sometime they don't know how

Purtroppo le recensioni questa volta mi hanno abbagliato. Hotel situato a lato di una strada importante. Appena entrato nella hall nauseato da un profumo troppo forte e persistente che , purtroppo, è presente anche in camera. Camera con moquette e carta da parati che si stacca , letto con materasso da cambiare e caldo insopportabile. Bagno con problemi di fogna ( odore terribile ) e pezzi della doccia che si staccano. Non parliamo della colazione o della cena , davvero di basso livello. Unica nota positiva la disponibilità del personale. Non tornerò in questo hotel fino a quando non sarà ristrutturato. Insomma tanto fumo ma niente arrosto!

Viaggio di lavoro e Hotel a 4 stelle mi ha attirata. Purtroppo velocemente deluso aspettative. Hotel anni 70, molto buio, le camere marroni e buie con la mochette marrone per terra e carta da parati come negli anni 70. Materasso in camera matrimoniale sfondato, svegliata con mal di schiena. La TV presenta solo canali romeni, qualche canale americano e unici programmi italiani sono RAI 1 e RAI 3. Ristorante empre vuoto, molto costoso per la vita in Romania e nessun piatto del posto. Porzioni piccole, carne asciutta, mancano piatti ttadizionali. Nel cous cous mi hanno messo l'uvetta passa.... Colazione molto limitata... insomma scordatevi mangiare come in Italia. Personale molto gentile, disponibile. Camere pulite tutti i giorni con cambio di asciugamani. In camera frigo già fornito con acqua, vino, bibite e cioccolatini su cucini.
