B&B HOTEL Annecy Cran-Gevrier

The bathroom is too small. It's a simple stay, so make do. You can park your car at the hotel, but there's a fee. There's free parking at the factory outside the hotel. The hotel is close to the highway and not far from Geneva Airport.

The parking lot is really complicated to use; the hotel forces us to pay for indoor parking. Worse still, there's no one who works evenings at this hotel. Guests are completely on their own. And if there's a problem or anything else, there's no one to turn to.

The room was nice. I parked my car in another company's parking lot outside the hotel (free, leaving early the next morning).

No one was at reception, we had to get in using a terminal that didn't work. Fortunately an employee helped us after 20 minutes. I had to prove that I had paid for my reservation. Breakfast ok. Cleanliness, there were pieces of tissues on the carpet in the room. If the window is open, it's very noisy, there is a road and a gas station. They have just opened, some improvements to be made.
