Stayed for one night, before flying out of Gatwick. Check-in seemed a bit drawn out with the gentleman going back and forth between 2 computers, but we got there after a few minutes. The room was a bit small, but for 1 night who cares, it was clean and tidy which I’d what really matters. We heard no road noise through the night, just the snoring from the occupant next door - the walls were a bit thin. Our toilet didn’t refill immediately which made it a bit awkward for the 2nd person using it! A short walk to the town centre and a 10 min drive to Gatwick parking was ideal

We stay in many Premier Inns and this was definitely the worse. Two loud refrigerated vans close to the accommodation. Extremely slow checkin by a gentleman who appeared to be on his first shift (but wasn’t) Door to annex permanently unlocked. Room appeared to be an overflow for a storage cupboard with several broken portable radiators and a fan left in a corner. 1 plug but no USB on one side of the bed but nothing on the other side. TV not really viewable from the bed. Toilet seat loose. Generally unkempt and a bit grubby. Avoid if possible.

I have used premier inn many times and always enjoyed my stay. I did not this time. It was a very inferior hotel. When I first arrived I noticed how run down it was. The fence panels in several places were missing and judging by the amount of accumulated litter in the fence debris, the panels had been like that for some considerable time. The car park in general was absolutely strewn with litter. Old rotting litter. The reception was not manned. I rang and Rang and eventually a lady showed up. It was not the welcome I expected after my long journey. The reception door was automatic. I was given my room key and advised my room was in a separate building outside. I made my way over. The guttering of the main building and restaurant was leaking considerably from many many places. I arrived at the building and the door said automatic. But it wasn’t opening so I reached forward and opened the door manually. I found it was not locked and secure as the signs suggested. It was unlocked and insecure during the entire 3 days of my stay. I entered the building and went up the stairs in the corridor outside of my room was a very odorous damp smell and a continuous flickering light bulb outside my door. The room was basic. Shower poor and the supplied shower gel was suspiciously overly watery. I attempted several times to return to reception but it was never manned. There were guests stood with their luggage waiting to check in. I could not express my concerns about the lack of security. The hotel had many workmen’s vans in the car park that disappeared during working hours leading me to believe that the hotel was used as ‘digs’ for workmen and I would say that is exactly the image it portrayed. I chose it as it was equidistant from the places I needed to visit. And because premier inn is (in my experience) a good and reliable brand. I would say I have been misled and won’t be returning to the brand in future.

This morning I came and had breakfast at Brewers Fayre at Goffs Park. I was greeted with a good morning and a lovely smile from the waitress ( Kristel). She was very helpful and came around often to check was everything good. Plus the manager Tom was also cheerful. The environment was welcoming and the food was amazing. I'll be back for sure.

We are not fans of stress and worry. So a hotel stay before we continue our journey was in order. We chose the Premier Inn, Crawley Town, Goffs Park for its proximity to the airport. We were greeted with a smile by Egle on reception, who swiftly booked us in and rectified my mistake of not booking the meal deal. She saved me from a telling off by “she who is to be obeyed”. We went to our room which was clean and tidy, which is one of the reasons we book Premier Inns, constantly a good standard. After relaxing for an hour we made our way the the restaurant, again greeted with a smile and upbeat attitude by Troy, who showed us to our table and dealt with our food and drinks order, all going smoothly so far. Kristal brought our food, again with a very bubbly and friendly approach, begging with Breaded Garlic Mushrooms (very tasty), Thai green vegetable curry and smothered platter, (delicious, will definitely have this again) and black Forrest crownie (which was quickly cleared from the plate by her in charge). A couple of ciders and glasses of wine, completed the experience. Breakfast is all booked in the morning, but I have no doubts, this will continue to satisfy our needs fully. I will definitely stay and eat here again, thank you all at Goffs Park, for making our stay so pleasant.

Spent a fantastic 3 night stay with friends to visit Family, so just wanted a base Whilst it may look tired on the outside, whereas very different story inside. Ample hot water, great pressure, very clean, bed comfortable. Whilst all of the above is great I would say the best service is the service from the staff just couldn't do enough for us.... Friendly approachable, a wealth of local knowledge would stay here again Hayley is a shining star very customer orientated and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were helpful just unable to recall the names, but thank you for a wonderful stay

Car park is not secure and the receptionist was missing when we arrived. The rooms were pretty gloomy and need an update. Price was good and bed was comfortable. Attached to a Brewers Fayre so good value but the staff did not seem to want to be there. Tables were left uncleared. Drink asked for was not available but pump was not covered up.

I have stayed in lots of Premier Inns and they are always standard offerings. Not here! The room was very small. The bathrooms are dated. We arrived and went to use the en-suite and our toilet seat was totally broken off. There was no way in this world the cleaner didn’t know this! They did move us to another room. The rooms didn’t have that lovely relaxing feeling. They are the type of rooms where you don’t want to look at the pillow under the pillowcase or the mattress under the sheet! We ate in the pub attached and everything was sticky and dirty. The wine glasses had lipstick on them. The cutlery had food on. The meal was cold and chips were floppy. Do not eat or drink here. In fact I just wouldn’t recommend this place at all except the staff! The staff were amazing! They were friendly and helpful and engaging! Sadly the hotel and bar were really grotty so I wouldn’t go back!
