This hotel is convenient. They still expect guests to inform reception if they wish to have their room tidied if the stay exceeds a single night. This is a preCOVid hangover that they should set aside.

Bad sanitation and infrastructure, unclean bin, hair on the bed and empty cans on the floor. There is no charge next to the bed in my second room. But rlly nice service of reception

Located at Gatwick airport, take 20 mins bus to there, staff are friendly

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. The service was impeccable. The restaurant’s food was good as well. It’s only a few minutes away for Gatwick airport by car and local bus. Highly recommend.

Train is on strike again so we had to book a room next the airport. This hotel is close and has everything you need as an airport hotel.

Hotel is about 10 minutes from the terminal. Hotel is ok if you have early flight.

Everyone was really helpful and went above to make sure my stay went smooth.

Not a bad hotel, Bit outdated but does the job. Convenient drive to the airport aswell

The good: the hotel is clean and the bed is comfy. The staff all seemed friendly. The bad: The hotel is quite far from the airport - my Uber cost £26. The room did not contain any complimentary water, while the bathroom is so no frills it looks like a toilet in Starbucks.

Everything was good

The location and facilities were all great! I had a comfortable stay. The bed was very big and the bathroom was spacious, so there was no inconvenience.

Easy check-in and easy access to Gatwick Airport (£2 per trip). Comfortable bed and large bathtub. The bad thing is that the staff is very serious and they didn't even come into the room to replenish a cup of coffee.
