An interesting place. I would visit them again. The staff were outstanding and I really can’t say enough about how helpful they were. The location was perfect for the work I was doing. My only concern was that the restaurant was a bit too fancy. Some more general options would likely increase patronage.

We spent two nights here when traveling around Italy. The hotel rooms were very modern and large (some of the largest we stayed at in Italy). The hotel has ample parking, but if you do not have a car, you will need to take a cab to visit anything nearby as nothing is in walking distance. The restaurant was okay, but nothing special.

Poor service in the restaurant. Reception recommended us booking a table due to our company was 8 persons in total. Booked table via the hotel reception, but the message had not been received in the restaurant and the waiter did not make us feel welcome and provided poor service the rest of the evening. Rest of the waiters provided great service!
Would understand if restaurant was fully booked. But only 1/3 of restaurant tables were seated at all time…
Small portvinsaus for the mains. Lamb course was only a mouthfull…

Not allowed to bring in food from outside, even with young children who do not want to eat the the hotel restaurant. Hotel staff refused and exceptions.
