The hotel is good

L.S., L.S., Hotel werd aangeboden met zwembad, spa en wellness en hierop door ons geselecteerd als verblijf. Echter tijdens ons verblijf werd doodleuk mede gedeeld dat alle faciliteiten gesloten waren. Ons verheugd op faciliteiten die er dus niet meer waren. Tevens heerste er een hele verlaten sfeer in het geheel. Gezelligheid en warmte was ver te zoeken en ontbrak volledig. Heel jammer dat niet geleverd werd waarmee geadverteerd wordt en geen enkele verandering in aanbod wordt gecommuniceerd zodat we eventueel om hadden kunnen boeken. Een grote domper op wat een wellness vakantie had moeten worden. Schande voor uw mooie verkoop verhalen en aanbiedingen. Met onvriendelijke en teleurstellende groet, Piet Vrencken.

Easy accessible by car. They have some covered parking places. We had a junior suite that was big, but the sofa bed wasn't comfortable. Staff was friendly, breakfast OK. Spa is adults only, outside swimming pool wasn't opened yet for the season.

We spent two nights here when traveling around Italy. The hotel rooms were very modern and large (some of the largest we stayed at in Italy). The hotel has ample parking, but if you do not have a car, you will need to take a cab to visit anything nearby as nothing is in walking distance. The restaurant was okay, but nothing special.

Nice grounds, crisp rooms, all round excellent experience. Well done GHV! Everything was exceptional. From check-in to stay to breakfast to staff. We will surely return the next time we are in the region.

This hotel is luxurious, clean, modern and welcoming, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us a late checkout when we were in a difficult situation. Would stay there again. Completely recommend.

Our room was clean as well as other premises in hotel. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice for everyone, different: meat (which was important to me as I am not a pork eater), snacks, coffee, juices, eggs, fruit, cakes ... and everything was so tasteful. Staff was friendly and professional. One of our receptionists was Valentina and she was really helpful and professional (as well as other ones). Staff at the restaurant Oliver were also great, with great recommendations what to eat and with great presentation of the meal. Vicenza itself is great :) Definitely would go back and stay at this Hotel :) Hope to see you soon.

Beautiful location, nice amenities, very good restaurant, usually clean and comfortable rooms. I have stayed here few times but my last visit (third week of January 2023) was different; no more individual shampoo/conditioners, no more slippers and robes, also wifi was non existent. It was strong enough to send texts but besides that nothing else worked.

Though a business trip, I found the hotel, property, room, food and service very good. The hotel itself was well kept, clean, modern and trendy. The food was very good, diverse and tasty. My room was also clean and the service was great. Though I had a small problem the first night, when the front office lost my paperwork, (thinking I checked out) and my key did not work, they fixed the problem quickly. I would recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends

Overall it was pretty good and the restaurant was great with very friendly staff (hotel staff was also very friendly) Fitness studio-I was traveling for work, and my work also has a fitness requirement. The fitness studio had plenty of cardio options (treadmill, stair stepper, elliptical, recumbent bicycle) which is better than most, but I would have enjoyed a little more for strength training. There was some weird wall cable thing and couple cable machines for military press and bench and that’s about it. I would hope for more for 4 stars, so let’s call it a 3 star fitness studio. Pool-pool was not yet open for the season. I recognize it was May, but it was also 80+ degrees. Maybe they could have considered opening the pool? A/C-1st night stay the room was without air conditioning. The room has one of those deals where you have to put the room card into it for lights or A/C to work. Although I did this (and the lights worked) and I set the temperature on the A/C, the fan did not kick on. I was almost the only person in the hotel my first night, and magically when a lot more people showed up the A/C started working. Location-The hotel is not within decent walking distance of restaurants. If you plan on having a couple glasses of wine with dinner and you do not want to eat in their restaurant, better have a DD. Alternatively, it was easy and quick to go for a run in the countryside.

This is an amazing place to spend the time and spoil yourself after a day of meetings as well as a beautiful weekend. The hotel facilities are really wow and the food quality and flavours are top. Can’t wait to be back. Thank you for the good service from all the welcoming staff.
