This hotel would be a 3-star in my country’s standard.
It’s a new basic hotel and the rooms are a good size. The main problem is customer service - especially from the front desk lady called Kelli. This woman is not supposed to work in the hospitality sector - she has no knowledge of customer service, let alone being at the front desk of a hotel chain like Marriott. On the other hand, her colleague Charlotte was very sweet. She really tried even though she was left all alone most of the time with no manager on duty to assist on specific issues.
In the rooms: No shower caps, no vanity sets, just towels and 1x bottle of water when you arrive.
The location is good in terms of metro but Creteil is not nice area at all. It’s better to stay closer to the center of Paris.
