Shadian has convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and many Arabic delicacies in 10 minutes' walk. London Bridge is 15 minutes away by train. The hotel's breakfast buffet is delicious and has many varieties. The staff in Shadian are friendly.

Very close to the train station, convenient to Gatwick and downtown London, there is a supermarket downstairs and a restaurant within a 5-minute walk. Convenient transportation, worth booking again

Near public transport station, convenience stores are nearby, not expensive, recommended.

I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

Absolutely horrendous service . We arrived at 7pm at the hotel . We were told our check in is at 3pm . We were stuck at the entrance for 20 mins as the elevator wasn't working and that you needed a key card to get to reception . Eventually when we managed to get to reception thanks to one of the other guests . There was no one there . After waiting another 20 mins a staff member arrived . As the self check in kiosk wasn't working either . The staff member informed us none of the rooms were ready and that there would be a couple hours wait time . Our checking was at 3PM and no rooms are ready . We eneded up leaving our bags at reception and come back after midnight , only to find our room still wasn't ready . We waited a full 30mins after coming back again after 4 hours . This is completely unacceptable. I contact your complaints team and they also were not helpful .

Pros: The recception team were incredibly kind, polite, and understanding throughout my stay. Their warm smiles and willingness to help made a big difference and made me feel very welcome. They handled my concerns and needs in a very professional and caring manner., Cons: When I first arrived, the room I was given hadn’t been cleaned. However, the reception team immediately moved me to another room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow and kept disconnecting two or three times every minute. Even the “Ultimate Wi-Fi” option, which costs £5 per day, had the same issue. I kept paying, hoping it might work better the next day, but in the end, I wasted £15 for nothing.

Teresa was fantastic even when she was on her own she didn't stop and was always friendly and welcoming and made sure to refill the "pain au chocolates" as my son called them 5 star service please look after her she is a VIP!!!

5 days, and they never came to clean the room. The lift most of the days was out of order. Corridors very dirty. The room was good and comfortable.
