This Hotel is Great. You will enjoy being welcomed by their staffing, they are all great. After our check-in to the hotel we were lucky to be invited to be part of the Cacao Ceremony which was greatly executed and with full camaraderie feeling. The rooms are very nice and well maintained. We did not used the pool but it looks great; we should be back and plan in a season warm enough to be able to enjoy. This hotel also hosts a Gourmet Dinner and show at "Mina de Marmol'; TOP LEVEL event. Our only observation to the organizers will be to serve the steak in Hot-Stones so people can finish its cooking at the table. But other than that, this is an AMAZING GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Beautiful hotel, surrounded by nature. This is a small hotel very minimalist and aesthetic decorated, all the staff members al very polite with the best attitude. When you get to Hacienda 1800 you get to worry less about what to do, this hotel will offer the best tours and experiences in town. With this journey you don’t have to go across the world to visit sand dunes, marble mines, and thermal water with rare species. All the hotel activities include delicious menus to choose from.

I liked that attractions And breakfast were included with the hotel cost
What I didn’t like is that there were a lot of flies inside the room and internet was very poor and most of the time didn’t work

Pasamos un excelente fin de semana en este hotel , el lugar , el servicio del personal y la comida excepcionales. Ampliamente recomendado. Otra cosa que llamo mi atención fueron las opciones de actividades ecoturisticas , actividades que valen totalmente la pena tomar.

Excelente experiencia para parejas y amigos. Las camas son comodisimas, todo huele muy rico y dentro del hotel ofrecen recorridos en 4 parques con distintas experiencias. La comida del restaurante La Palma dentro del hotel es muy buena. Muy recomendado

El hotel es muy bonito por fuera. Lo único malo fue que el baño de nuestra habitación tenía muy mal olor. Hay una alberca exclusiva para adultos y cuando nosotros fuimos había niños ahí y ni los papás ni los empleados les dijeron nada. En todo lo demás es un bonito lugar.

Hotel boutique muy agradable, 36 habitaciones, áreas exteriores, alberca, asoleadero, jardín muy agradables...buena atención y servicio, muy recomendable su restaurante, habitaciones amplias con algunos detalles que reparar en acabados de baños, camas y almohadas muy cómodas, relación calidad / precio menor a 1. Muy bien, más que bien por las actividades como "Pandora, Orígenes" en la mina de marmol, los recorridos a las pozas y las dunas de yeso.
