Good place and gladly persons

When they went to do the room service I noticed there was still trash under the bed from the people that was there before us

Our experience: we had two rooms reserved, the rooms were in the back of the building, rooms are small and lacking amenities, no counter space to put your stuff in the bathrooms nor in the room, there was only an armoire to hang a few things, that's about it. The shower: small, the cold water barely came out, without having a floor towel the shower was getting a bit flooded. The A/C in the room was a bit noisy, there were also noises that sounded like pipes cracking sometimes. When we notified the front desk that we wanted to cancel our next two nights, we were told that if we didn't have a national credit card (mexican bank card or credit card), that in order for them to credit us back, we needed several things from our credit card company which when I contacted our credit card company, they didn't have any clue what I was talking about it! We never got to talk to the manager, we weren't important enough I guess, the gentleman that was trying to help us was understanding and trying to help but there wasn't much he could do, he was able to move us to one of the rooms they call: "an executive room"! the room is located in the main front building, the room was way nicer, bigger, had a full tub and plenty room to put your stuff. The rooms don't have an in-room iron or an ironing board, if you need an iron, you'll need to leave some form of an ID at the front desk so they can lend you one, same goes for a hair dryer (our first room didn't have one), the cleaning staff is nice.

The staff was excellent! I enjoy the restaurant a lot and the executive rooms were very confortables. My only suggestion is that they need to fix the jacuzzi.

All the inside was nice and updated. The pool outisde looked dirty. I do recommend eating there at there mini restaurant.

Every thing was great staff was nice and attended if anything was needed Carolina was awsome it’s a great place to stay

Staff at front desk are not nice the girl working at from desk In day time never smiles and is rude.

Conveniently located, basically minutes from everywhere. Front desk personnel is great!! Room and facility are clean
