This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The bed was exquisite. The free breakfast was much more than expected, and very good. The staff were very friendly. It's a great hotel in a great location.

Remodeled but with cheapest possible materials. Doors already peeling apart, faucets leaking. Might stray again traveling solo for single night

I would say that overall, I enjoyed my stay there, however, I felt duped a bit because beside beside the Jacuzzi in the room which was expected, but the room wasn’t as roomy as displayed on the website…

Work on a broken elevator started at 6:30 AM and since our room was next to said elevator the talk which started at 6 and the clanging at 6:30 woke us up. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

It was a last minute one night stay. They had the right type of room I needed (accessible), needed two beds though. Otherwise it was quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was the small enclosed dining area. I didn’t use that.

Location is good near restaurants, breakfast was good and staff friendly. The night I went police came because of noisy guests, yelling, etc. beds sheets were old and had holes in one of the beds. I don’t know if pet friendly rooms are lower standard because I stayed in regular rooms at this chain hotels and not encountered this problem.

We were supposed to be in a non smoking room, but the whole hotel smelled like people smoke everywhere.
The towels were very cheap and they were white once upon a time, not anymore.
The bathtub was filthy.
The front desk staff was very good and the breakfast excellent, the breakfast attendant was so nice and courteous that made us to forget about other things.

It was a clean hotel, close to the drag *****, good full hot breakfast. The check in girl was clueless...had reservations for 3 nights, she says your staying 2 nights? No we have the room for 3 nights, on the 3rd night key wouldn't work, went to front desk and she actuvated it. She never apologized or said anything about it. We got home and there was a message on our machine for that 3rd night that they have us checking out, but our belongings are still there, duh, that's because we are still staying that 3rd night. Wow, get it right people!!
