I was in this hotel in late December, I had an experience that was not very good but we go by the good part of this hotel is the location is in front of the Municipal Market and in front of the bus point that makes the journey to the tourist points. Now the part that is not so good, breakfast has diversity, but when some item finishes, they don't rest fast, the breads are coated, the dry cake, juice is not natural ... the room where I stayed the box was well-fetched, I had no air conditioning control, so I arrived and asked the reception for this control more than once, but I did not receive it. And I had a countertime, the hotel around 15:00 only leaves hot water, as the system is gas, so it is impossible to take a bath. I called to inform and ask for help, the information I had already seen, well, in that meantime the water was over, because the bomb had a problem. Whenever they called at the reception they gave a deadline, but the deadline was not met ... finally was a disorder! I think the information could be clearer because problems happen, but the way it is conducted is a differential.

Depois de várias estadias em outros hotéis da região resolvemos tentar o IBIS Curitiba Aeroporto. O atendimento foi excelente, com uma atenção especial ao atendimento aos pets, com fornecimento de uma manta, fralda e pote de alimentação. O quarto é padrão IBIS, com uma cama confortável e tamanho compacto, porém o banheiro estava cheio de cabelos. O jantar foi horrível. Pedimos um hambúrguer com fritas e uma tilápia com arroz cremoso. O hambúrguer estava torrado, iteralmente com gosto de carvão, as fritas brilhavam de gordura, a tilápia frita super gordurosa. O café da manhã também estava péssimo. O café preto estava intragável, o restante tudo de baixíssima qualidade. Iogurte (bebida láctea) era pura água e o pão duro. Enfim, hotéis da mesma bandeira próximos, todos melhores. A única coisa que salvou foi o atendimento. Todos no hotel muito simpáticos.

The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Gostei do hotel de forma geral, ótima localização. O quarto é muito confortável, amplo, com uma boa ducha. O café da manhã deixa a desejar: não tem opções de pão e outros doces/salgados sem glúten, e os pratos quentes estavam gelados.

The hotel has a well-established apartment with a basic (TV 32'', fridge and air conditioning). No room service or washing service for guests. Parking is paid (21 real per day). The cleaning service is satisfactory. The breakfast is good, but there is no great variety. The location is good, near a variety of tourist attractions in the center of Curitiba.

The hotel was perfect, especially from Caio, the most educated, performing, friendly, efficient receptionist I've ever known. All hotel structure is excellent and breakfast is delicious, quite varied.
