Hotel simples, mas extremamente limpo. O quadro de funcionários é muito educado, gentil e está sempre pronto a ajudar, com destaque para o funcionário Andrew, que deu ótimo apoio. O hotel fica próximo de shopping e outros locais turísticos.

Sou do Rio de Janeiro estava hospedado no hotel , pedi para renovar a reserva, a reserva não foi feita, estou levando prejuízo financeiro e mental tendo que sair com a minha família junto com meus pais que são idosos procurar outro hotel as pressas por causa da desorganização desse hotel, muita falta de respeito com quem está vindo visitar a cidade.

Não gostei das instalações. Muito antigas. Quarto apertado, TV não funciona, sem elevador e sem ar condicionado. Café da manhã razoável, nem ruim e nem excepcional. Com wi fi e sem estacionamento. Funcionários são bastante atenciosos, chuveiro é bom e roupas de cama também. A localização, ao lado do Shopping Müller, é excelente!

Hotel precisa passar por uma reforma urgente.
Cobra muito caro pelo que entrega.
O café da manhã no quarto mais parece uma desculpa para economizar, que uma real preocupação com a segurança do hóspede.
Não aconselho a hospedagem. Há acomodações que oferecem muito mais pelo mesmo valor cobrado , ou que cobram muito menos pelo que é oferecido ao hóspede por esse hotel.

A localização é muito boa, perto do shopping Müller, perto do passeio público e do memorial árabe (onde há a parada para pegar o ônibus turístico de Curitiba). O atendimento também foi muito bom. É um hotel simples, mas creio que algumas melhorias poderiam ser feitas, como o desgaste das tintas nos banheiros, as tranças das portas enferrujadas e alguns pequenos detalhes que fariam diferença. Em se tratando de custo benefício e que você precise de um hotel apenas para dormir, é um bom local.
