Never thought I'd find my dream hotel here! The service was incredibly attentive and the whole experience felt so special. The hotel is filled with a vast collection of oil paintings, making it feel like you're staying in a museum.

Belmond Monasterio: The Best Hotel in Cusco, Beyond Any Comparison Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

This hotel has it all—convenient location, great food, and incredible history. You are a 2 minute walk from the main square but it’s quiet inside the complex. The rooms are big and clean. The two courtyards are soothing to the soul and you can spend hours sitting there. If you get a chance, take a look at the art collection and spend some time admiring the chapel.

Simply exceptional throughout our stay of 3 nights. Fantastic room with amazing beds and the service was so friendly and warm. We will definitely be visiting again, this is a must stay at hotel!!

Very good environment

這個酒店超級棒，臨時決定去庫斯科，因為想體驗修道院建築，所有選了Belmont這家，真的是沒有失望，房間升級了loft，免費的水果飲料和零食根本吃不完，服務體貼到位，還參觀了酒店自己的博物館，好的酒店感受真的是非常讚的！

酒店位於庫斯科市中心，在主廣場邊上。酒店很好，就是價格比較貴。
