I have traveled over 70 countries and I’ve never met a staff as helpful as this front desk. I was dealing with a lost passport and Catia Morante was amazing. She assisted with printing all of the paperwork that I needed for my emergency passport application, as well as copying items I needed. She even asked her assistant Jessica to go across the street and make a photo copy of my drivers license. All of this with a smile and “is there anything else I can do to help?”

Hector was very nice and helpful in getting my friend and I settled. We were provided with a floor heater and given accommodations for a comfortable experience. I appreciate all the hospitality that Hector went out of his way to provide us with as it truly speaks to the heart of Peru! We absolutely loved the trip and were very fortunate to get great advise and support from generous people like Hector. Muchas gracias Hector por todo lo que hiciste por nosotros!

The only good thing is the location.
The shower has several problems and from time to time it does not heat up.
The breakfast is very poor with few options
The carpet in the room is dirty and they don't vacuum.
There is a valet who listens to loud music and turns on the vacuum cleaner at 6 am.
The internet is very bad and to make matters worse, mobile data doesn't work well in the region.

Tiene una excelente ubicación, está a poquísima distancia de la Plaza de Armas y muy cerca a diversas instituciones, bancos, restaurantes, etc. La atención y el servicio súper bueno, el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto para atender al huesped. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, confortables, acogedoras y sobre todo limpias Excelente opción en Cusco!!!
