Very new hotel. Everything good. Water dispenser and iron board is outside the room but easily access.

The place is clean, enough for staycation with friends, easy to park, plenty of parking. Water station available outside room. Aircond maybe take some time to cool. The tv is smart TV, can use netflix etc so nice. Need to prepare rm50 cash deposit when checking in and can claim when check out. I booked different room but somehow downgraded and got a different room. But okay la still nice

I stayed at Urban Inn Cyberjaya and overall it was a good experience for the price. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, convenience stores, and main roads, making it easy to travel around Cyberjaya and nearby Putrajaya. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable, suitable for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest.

Room ok nice and clean. Lack of facilities but understand still new. Room rate ok. But quite noisy bcos near to train railways. And the room i book is suite, the bed noisy once u even sit on it. Overall ok

Would suggest improving the lighting at the staircase before something bad happens especially to the elderly. Kindly do a routine check on room facilities, the aircond switch not functioning.
