HAVILAND Properties in Da Nang

The place is clean and very near to the airport. It’s easy to go to famous landmarks thru grab car or bike with less cost. The staffs are friendly and very kind. Hoping to come back again in Da Nang ☺️🫶

Hotel with only 7 rooms ( 1 in 6th, 3 in 7th and 3 in 8th floor). I book a suite with a river view, which is the 6th floor, and can hear nosies from the 5th floor, which is the reception and open air balcony. The balcony can look up into my room, and i have to close the curtains all the time. Overall, the hotel considers ok, but there are many nicer hotels around the area when i walk around. The downside of this hotel is they do not have a restaurant, i book the room with breakfast, and i have to walk 300m to the affiliated hotel for breakfast, and breakfast choice is limited. The water pressure for the shower is weak. Conclusion is i will not stay in the hotel if i visit Danang again.

This hotel is located before the bridge in Da Nang (on the airport side). It is comfortable, and very nice. All the staff members are super polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay close to the airport, away from the nightlife in this city.

The hotel is newly opened. Although the entrance is a bit small, I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the room. All the facilities are brand new, and the towels are pristine white and new (though I don't typically use hotel towels). The room itself is very spacious. The only thing that could be improved is installing an exhaust fan in the bathroom, as it gets quite stuffy when showering. The front desk service was also excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping kept it tidy every day, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. The price is reasonable for the quality of service provided. I truly appreciated the professionalism and warm hospitality. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Had a wonderful stay at Shi House by Haviland last week. The place is super cozy, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. Bed was really comfortable, everything was well thought out, and it felt like home right away. Location is great – easy to get around but still peaceful. The host was friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone!

The hotel is really close to the beach, with lots of shops, restaurants and other activities close by. It is in a calm neighbourhood and not too noisy. They have a terrace in front of the hotel which you can always use, the terrace has a big table where you can use it to work or eat if you have ordered anything. Also the reception has a shop where you can buy chips, water or other necessities if you need. The staff is very friendly and happy to help with anything if you need.

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. As a solo traveler, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Their service was consistent and professional from check-in to check-out. The location is also perfect — very close to local coffee shops, bánh mì stalls, restaurants, Han Market, the Golden Dragon Bridge, and several ATMs. Everything I needed was just a short walk away, which made exploring the city so convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, I had such a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to all the staff for making my trip memorable!

Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk staff was very helpful and patient, explaining everything we didn't understand. As for the room, I won't comment much; they're all pretty similar in Vietnam!
