Location is excellent! It’s very clean, breakfast was standard business type. Only two issues: 1) If you want to exchange other currency to VND, the staff will tell you different amount and the the amount is like around $10 USD which is ridiculous, until you throw a fit and ask the manager to come out then its fine all of a sudden. The exchange is one way (other currency to vnd) only, you can’t exchange back to usd, you can only do that in the airport. 2) The pool is clean but the facilities were very poorly maintained, see photos, no chair in changing room, shower nobs coming off in each shower, no place to put dirty towels. Considering it’s Hilton its quiet unacceptable.

Altara suite is perfect ! The location is located at a less crowded area so it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful during the stay! Accommodation was clean and nice comes with a nice balcony with sea view! 🌊🌊🌅 Gym was spacious and have a great city view from above! 🏋️ Roof top Swimming Pool is chill and nice!🏊♂️🩲 Breakfast comes with good selection! Most importantly it’s at the top few levels! So the view is awesom yo🍳🥐🍉 Definitely made the right choice to stay here! Check out Sơn tra night market for awesome seafood too! 🦞🦑🐙🦐🐟

Haian Beach Hotel and Spa for me is a highly recommended hotel located just infront of My Khe Beach and highway. Behind the hotel are streets with small hotels, food stalls and convenient stores. ATMs are also available walking distance. The rooms are very modern, cozy and relaxing. I got the city view room and a glimpse of ocean view since I got the corner room. I wish next time I can get the ocean view room (this room are always fully booked). Price is reasonable. Staff are very welcoming and very polite. Always ready to assist. You will feel you are really well taken care during your stay. James (Service Relation Officer) also messaged thru whatsapp to make sure everything is okay and for easy contact incase you need any assistance. Breakfast is amazing! The ambiance, the view and the food is 5/5. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea at the lobby everyday from 2pm-4pm.

Monarque is a fantastic hotel and offers the best service of any property I’ve stayed in worldwide. From the door men, umbrella escort in the sun, bellboys carrying your luggage, check-in and out from the comfort of a seat rather than a desk, the attentive staff checking on you during breakfast and afternoon tea and friendly recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Breakfast was fantastic with options that change each day, ensuring you never get bored.

A very pleasant stay in the hotel, the view is great both day and night, overlooking the river and city. The staff are very friendly and always come with smiles and willing to help and provide information and advice. Will certainly stay again for my next trip!

Let me start with the positives. The location is great! Walk 5 mins to the beach. Many beach bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. You can book an excursion to Ba Na Hills. It's worth it. Now let's talk about the cons. And the first one is the room condition. It's old. There are several cracks on the wall. And you also can hear any sound, the walls are too thin. We heard like a cockroach crawling in the ceiling. The breakfast is not a good thing as well. There's little choice and the taste is just ok. Don't pay for it and go to have breakfast at the near by coffee shops.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. Location: The view of this hotel is good, but the transport is not convenient with only 2 shuttle bus to centre everyday. It is also impossible for you to ride bicycle to centre due to the long distance. CNY should be the peak period of this hotel, cant understand why the hotel can not provide more buses.. And motorbike rental is also not available nearby. Service: The staff sent our luggage till the 3rd call to the receiption, and we waited more one hour for our luggage and also have to change our plan that day. Although the manager come up to our room to apology and also compensate us one plate of fruit in the evening, however, the dragon fruit is not fresh, you can smell the sourness from the dragon fruit. Dining: Understand that there are many tourists come from Korea, but I am visiting Vietnam, not Jeju island, you can see Korean wordings anywher in this hotel, even you can see kimchi & Sea**** soup for your breakfast. And they are aslo quite noisy in the rooftop swimming pool & restaurant,you can't even hear your companions. The hotel also did not remind these tourist to lower down. Facility: A bit old, You can see that the washbasin is rusty. And the aircon is also noisy. Definitely wont recommend this hotel to my friends.

Good hotel located along the beachfront, with good restaurants and other shopping nearby. I booked a studio oceanfront which was generously proportioned and had a lovely seaview. However, the Ocean Lounge (an outdoor beach night club) is located directly opposite which plays loud music at night time, so if you are an early or light sleeper, this is not a good choice of hotel. The hotel provides earplugs free of charge (so I assume they are aware of this problem). So stars deducted for location due to the noise problem. The room cleanliness is generally good, but I deducted a star because I noticed a lot of takeaway food containers being disposed of in the bin in the corridor, which created a smell, and I could also smell cigarette smoke, in spite of the hotel being a non-smoking hotel. The facilities are good; I only ate the breakfast buffet, which has a good choice of food, so I can't comment on the restaurant otherwise. The infinity pool on the top floor has great views, but is quite small as you can imagine so can be crowded. And there is a small gym to use. I has a massage at the spa, but since it's located on the same floor as the entrance to the swimming pool and the gym, you can hear the shouts and screams of children playing which is not exactly the ambience you want. Nonetheless it was a good massage. Generally I think it is a good hotel and reasonable value for money, if you can put up with the noise situation.
