Family-friendly Hotels in Da Nang

Location is excellent! It’s very clean, breakfast was standard business type. Only two issues: 1) If you want to exchange other currency to VND, the staff will tell you different amount and the the amount is like around $10 USD which is ridiculous, until you throw a fit and ask the manager to come out then its fine all of a sudden. The exchange is one way (other currency to vnd) only, you can’t exchange back to usd, you can only do that in the airport. 2) The pool is clean but the facilities were very poorly maintained, see photos, no chair in changing room, shower nobs coming off in each shower, no place to put dirty towels. Considering it’s Hilton its quiet unacceptable.

The staff are very nice and polite, the food are great too. There are also many nice restaurants nearby The rooftop pool has a great view, and the beach is just next to the hotel and you can get there without a second

I recently stayed at Sala Da Nang Beach Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and smiling staff who were always ready to assist with any needs. The lobby had a pleasant aroma, which made a great first impression. While the room itself was decent, the stunning partial sea-view from the window truly made up for it. Overall, the warm hospitality and beautiful surroundings made my stay memorable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. From the room, as early as 4:00 or 4:30 a.m, the beach is bustling with people engaged in yoga, Zumba, and other activities. Ps no deposit required upon arrival. Highly recommended!

First time travelling to Danang and first time staying in Minh Toan. Hotel room is clean and I booked a twin bed partial beach view. View is pretty good. Generally the hotel service is quite good with good location. However, the gym needs to be refurbish with new equipment. The hotel breakfast spread is quite good, with plenty to items to choose. Other than the massive beach, Danang is pretty quiet and the eateries closed by 10pm. If you need a quiet place to chill, this could be a good.

Haian Beach Hotel and Spa for me is a highly recommended hotel located just infront of My Khe Beach and highway. Behind the hotel are streets with small hotels, food stalls and convenient stores. ATMs are also available walking distance. The rooms are very modern, cozy and relaxing. I got the city view room and a glimpse of ocean view since I got the corner room. I wish next time I can get the ocean view room (this room are always fully booked). Price is reasonable. Staff are very welcoming and very polite. Always ready to assist. You will feel you are really well taken care during your stay. James (Service Relation Officer) also messaged thru whatsapp to make sure everything is okay and for easy contact incase you need any assistance. Breakfast is amazing! The ambiance, the view and the food is 5/5. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea at the lobby everyday from 2pm-4pm.

Monarque is a fantastic hotel and offers the best service of any property I’ve stayed in worldwide. From the door men, umbrella escort in the sun, bellboys carrying your luggage, check-in and out from the comfort of a seat rather than a desk, the attentive staff checking on you during breakfast and afternoon tea and friendly recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Breakfast was fantastic with options that change each day, ensuring you never get bored.

A very pleasant stay in the hotel, the view is great both day and night, overlooking the river and city. The staff are very friendly and always come with smiles and willing to help and provide information and advice. Will certainly stay again for my next trip!

Except hotel location is 5 star. All others are ranging from 3 to 4 star. Room is big but the TV is small. The toilet bowl need to fill water then can flash for a few occasions. Hair dryer button spoilt, need to contact service staff to change instead. Not a very good experience for our visit. Hopes they can improve further.

Nice clean hotel with bell service. Provided us as per request, highest floor and honeymoon decoration on bed with Macarons. Lobby was clean, harmony lighting, an Apple iMac for guests and a piano which was a pretty nice touch. Room facing sea and sunrise, beautiful. Mild midnight noise from restaurants and bars across could be a down side but we explored the city til late and we had ear plugs, so there was not an issue for us. Toilet seat was awesome, Japanese technology, it came with many buttons to clean our back side after use, with heated seat too, there’s no cold shock sitting on it midnight, perfect. Nice and clean swimming pool and mini gym on rooftop with amazing sea view, a sky bar to order drinks too. Scooter rental was behind the building just 5 mins walk, cheapest price we had throughout our trip. The jockey service worth a mention, helped us with scooter parking in the basement, loved it. Wide choice of breakfast, local and western, restaurant was clean facing sunrise but curtain was down because it was too hot in summer months, cutleries and hanker chief were ready on every table, felt luxe. Cons: in a busy beach zone, a ***** of seafood restaurants and bars right centrally across the hotel, which makes it a popular evening spots for diners. Many similar high hotel buildings next to each other, expect many tour buses and cars in front of the hotel. Also reason why the prices were so competitive and considered low for what we had. Hotel had only 2 elevators for 19th floor, had to wait patiently. Room had a big half body mirror in the bathroom but lighting was not bright enough for mirror, great if it had a full body mirror in the room.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids.
