Grand Ngoc Bich Hotel

This is worst hotel ever!!! Please be AWARE, there are RATS living inside the rooms. Sadly we had find out in the worst way possible. When we got there they didn't give us the room we paid for, which was a king bed, got a crappy room instead with 2 small beds. We found the room extremely dirty and full of ants on top of the bed sheets and on the walls, we didn't complain bout any of those things until on the second night we were trying to sleep around 1am and heard weird noises close by, long story short, we found a rat inside our luggage, a bunch of holes in my luggage!!!! the rat ate my husbands shirt and a sealed instant noodle. We found rat feces inside our luggage, on top of the night stands, next to our things and A LOT of old feces under the beds. The owner and the front desk staff were horrible, the worst service and knowing that they are wrong!!!!! The front desk guy obviously knew about the rat, i was in shock when he saw everything and everything was so normal to him. He didn't even say sorry or wow, we never had this happen before. The cleaning staff obviously knows and cleans this with out giving it proper care or take action. I was very upset because they offered no solutions, the only thing they told me is, you have to sleep there or go to another hotel. Forcing me to stay in a room with a rat? No thanks!!!!! We were there arguing with them until 3am, when they finally accepted that the rat, feces and everything else that they witnessed themselves was real I guess ( I have videos and photos of the staff witnessing this with us) we went to another hotel at 330am by foot!!!! Carrying 3 luggage's with us!!!! Now we had to buy a new luggage, wash all of our stuff when it's super hard to find a washing place, but the worst part of everything is the stress we were under. The time we lost of sleep and because of that, we weren't able to do many of our next day plans. Having to waste our own money and time to go figure out where they sold luggage's and washing place. That was our vacation!!!!!!!! We were disgusted and appalled with such ignorance and no care on others health. This is really worrisome, this is a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else, cause I'm sure this would never have crossed my head, EVER, to have witnessed such thing in s 4th floor of a hotel room!

They gave me a room that was not the one I booked, but I booked it 2 months in advance. The cleaning consisted of cleaning my bed, no one changed the bedding. 2 bottles of water every day for free
