To two of your nicest receptionist, they checked us in on the 27th and checked us out on the 28th, i have their names written in a piece of paper but i am so sorry i have misplaced it. You were the best, we arrived for check in at 2pm and we were informed our room’s airconditioning is not working and that we have to wait a little bit, they served us tea while we wait, it didn’t take long and we were able to get in our room. I booked a king suite but they have upgraded us to king studio. Thank you for your warm welcome and we will be back! Keep smiling!

Really loved the place. The receptionist was super helpful in helping us with our activities reservations. Lantern boat, coconut boat, we booked it all through them and we can pay it to the receptionist when we check out. Breakfast was superb as they made to order. Location wise is also good, I feel it is convenient to walk around. The standing fan in our room broke down and they replaced it really fast when we told them. We needed the fan because it was hot and it took a while for the air conditioner to kick in. But after that, it was cold and we didn’t need the fan anymore. Seem like a small thing but we were super thankful for them replacing it, even when we won’t be using it for long.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's conveniently situated right next to Lotte Mall, making shopping incredibly easy. It's also just a 10-minute drive from the airport, with a Grab ride costing around 20 RMB. Asia Park is also very close by. The 8th-floor terrace offers beautiful photo opportunities, and from the 7th-floor swimming pool, you can even see the park's Ferris wheel. The night views are particularly stunning and definitely a highlight!

Florence hotel has neat and clean facilities, have delicious free breakfast, friendly workers and nice view. The location is great and have restaurants, spa, and mart or mall nearby if you need to buy anything. Great place for families and friends. My 6 years old son wants to comeback.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. For extra safety, you can arrange transportation with hotel. Smoke free environment. The level 7 Hotel pool is cool, the meals provided are nice and pretty much of variety, the room and bath is huge, love everything. Only while higher level are using the hot tub bath, lower level may not have enough hot water for shower.

Overall, we had a great experience. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The staff were very friendly. The beds were the most comfortable from our travels. The location is a bit far away depending on what you plan to do in Da Nang but it was easy to get a grab. The shower was a little difficult to use, as it's a hose over the bath rather than an actual shower, but this is minor.

You can even see the Ferris wheel from the accommodation. The biggest plus is having Lotte Mart right next door, which makes shopping incredibly convenient! And with such a large supermarket nearby, getting an Uber is super quick!

We had a wonderful stay at Florence Hotel! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect right next to Lotte Mart and close to many attractions. We also enjoyed the pool and the beautiful rooftop view. It was stunning!! Everything was just smooth and easy. Would definitely come back again!
