The hotel is well situated for convenient to visit other area. The room are cleaned and neat. The breakfast is simple but nice. There is a small swimming pool and gym. There is a lotte supermarket just beside the hotel with family fun games and also a bowling centre. And also a amusement park about 700m away from the hotel. For your travelling convenient there is quite a number of private car that can take you around and charging the same with Grab price or little bit less. I would recommend for anyone who travel as getaway or business trip. Good choice with good pricing for a four stars rating.

It just beside Lotte Mart... And walking distance to helio night market.. overall hotel environment and service is nice and clean.. will come back to stay again if travel again to danang.

Breakfast is really.... the worst Iron cores come out of the bread.. The room condition is that the water doesn't drain well The floor is full of sand The laundry is dirty here and there It's okay if you're just staying for a short while, but it's not really for lodging

I like using Lotte Mart for shopping. I used it for 0.5 nights to relax after shopping and using a massage before leaving the country.

I booked a cheap hotel for one night because I arrived early in the morning. It was very clean and conveniently located right next to Lotte Mart. It was so good that I wanted to stay longer next time.

I am writing a review to help tourists who cannot sleep if there is noise around them. Before checking in, we wrote to the hotel and asked for a quiet room with a good view from the window. During check-in, they clarified whether our request had been fulfilled. The girl at the reception said that the room category we chose did not have a beautiful view, but the room was quiet. OK. At about 5 am we were awakened by strange sounds and noise that did not stop. The noise was on the entire floor (6th floor) and on the floors above. I immediately went down to the reception, there was an administrator on duty who spoke practically no English. I asked him to change the number because I couldn't sleep. He said there were no numbers (false, there were numbers). OK. In the morning after breakfast we went down to the reception again and asked to be moved. They explained to us that this was noise from the cleaning of the pool, which is located on the floor above. We were moved to a room on the opposite side with a good view. But the next morning we were woken up by the sounds of construction. There is construction going on next to the hotel (right in the next building), noisy all day, no relaxation. And you will also worry about getting your towels dirty, otherwise you will be charged a fine. There are different situations, but this is not very client-oriented. Pros: the room is very clean and spacious. The employees try to help, but not right away, they lie that there are no numbers.

I stayed at a hotel next to Lotte Mart for 0.5 nights before leaving the country. I didn't have high expectations, but it was really comfortable, and the rooftop pool was big and deep, so I had the most fun swimming and playing. There are many good restaurants nearby, and the cafe right across the street is delicious. The view of the Asia Park Ferris wheel is really nice. There was also fireworks at that time. I was very satisfied. If I come to Da Nang again, I definitely want to stay here again.

Da Nang city center is a bit far. After 10 o'clock, Grab is not readily available in Da Nang, so I had to hurry and it took an hour to walk. It was nice that Lotte Mart was right next door.

The room is spacious and equipped with all the necessities like a residence. The room condition was good, and I felt like I was on a trip when I opened the veranda door, sat on the sofa, and looked at the scenery. For this price, breakfast included, you can swim every day and go shopping at Lotte Mart. It's so easy to grab so I don't feel stressed. If there was one downside to staying long-term, it would be... It was difficult to dry swimsuits because there was no place to use a washing machine.
