호이안과 다낭시내 중간에 위치해 장단점이 있으나 불편한 점은 없었음. 바로 앞에 공사장이 있는데 방음이 잘 되어 있어 소음으로 인한 피해는 없음. 전용 수영장이 있어 아이들이 좋아하고 그랩 배달K로 음식배달 가능. 전체적으로 냉방시설 훌륭하고 직원들 친절도도 만족함. 추후 재방문 의사 있음
