The hotel is new.
Location is great.
Very good sceneries.
We stayed 2 nights & extended 1 more night, the staffs promised to make up our room, unfortunately they didn’t make it.
It’s a bad reputation as a new hotel like this.

I had a fantastic stay at KOI Resort and Apartments! The service was super nice, with friendly staff who went above and beyond. I was feeling unwell during my visit, and the staff were incredibly helpful, bringing extra blankets and offering ginger honey tea to my room for free. The room service food was delicious, and my room was clean and comfortable. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy. Everything was just perfect!
