We stayed for three nights. It was a separate facility from Prama Resort, and although we were assigned a female attendant, she didn't seem to listen to our requests unless we kept asking. While the location was far from town, there was a convenience store across the street. An electric car was available on the premises, which we used to go to the beach and pool. There were a lot of Koreans, and they were loud and noisy day and night everywhere. We were only allowed to use the central pool, not the Prama Resort pool, and the lockers were unavailable. There was a lifeguard on duty at the beach, and the private space really felt like a resort. There were some minor inconveniences, like the bottle caps not being replaced because they were already open. However, the cleaning staff, known as "buddler," were very friendly and helpful. Having a pool attached to the entire rental room was very appealing for families with children, and our time in the room was well spent. Overall, considering the high price, the service could have been better. Japan is definitely the best when it comes to service.
