The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Behind the building, there's a street packed with delicious food, massage parlors, and currency exchange shops. On the same side in front, there's a supermarket, and just across the road is My Khe Beach, which has a whole strip of seafood restaurants and bars. The hotel's front desk staff were attentive and thorough, but the breakfast was just average. The coffee machine in my room was never cleaned out during my entire stay, and I wasn't given fresh coffee on the second day. I hope housekeeping can be a bit more meticulous.

The location is absolutely fantastic! My Khe Beach is right across the street as soon as you step out, making it a superb spot for catching the sunrise. The hotel rooms are new, clean, and tidy, and the front desk staff are patient and meticulous. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety, and the baguette is especially delicious—highly recommend it!

My stay at this hotel was awesome, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and comfy for one person, but still big enough for a couple. I noticed two drain pipes in the bathroom, which made water splash out when I showered. But they thoughtfully put a mat down so I wouldn't slip. The amenities were all there and well-prepared. Overall, I was really happy with my stay, and I especially loved the huge and varied breakfast spread. The welcome drink was a bit bitter, but I think it was a herbal juice. The mini-bar was free for the first round, and you could order more for a fee. The coconut crackers were delicious! The hotel's location is fantastic, walking distance to some famous restaurants and cafes, and there's a really good Banh Mi shop right behind it.

The service was really good, especially the spa on the 5th floor. My friend and I had a foot massage together, and it was incredibly comfortable! Both masseuses were strong and made us feel great. The rooftop pool is also exceptionally beautiful, I loved it! You can even see the beach across the way, it's very close by. The only downside was that there were only two charging outlets in the hotel room. My friend and I had six devices to charge, so we had to keep swapping them out. Also, the shower water in the bathroom remained cold even after waiting 10 minutes. I ended up taking a shower with almost cold water. I haven't encountered this issue in other hotels in Vietnam!

Cleaning is the pain. The room is not clean enough, shampoo and shower gel is watery and they just fill up with water.breakfast is mostly the same everyday.
