Signature by M Village Beachfront Hotel

Pros: Clean, personable, modern, amenities, beachfront, daily housekeeping replenishing water/coffee/tea, panoramic views, breakfast Cons: It was too warm in the gym/yoga areas, pool chairs/umbrellas were worn down, no laundry on site Other than the minor things I noticed, I highly recommend. One of the better places I've stayed in Da Nang.

The amenities are good and the spacious room overlooks the sea. However, the service was poor. We had to carry our suitcases up the stairs to reception as there was no one outside. The air conditioning was broken too. I set it to 18°C with the fan on full but it never cooled the room; it was unbearably warm like a sauna during the day. The breakfast was also disappointing. There were few choices and none of them tasted good. Before booking here, I’d recommend looking at other hotels in the area for better rooms, breakfast and staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened Signature by M Village Beachfront Hotel, and it was a delightful experience. I had previously enjoyed stays at other M Village hotels, so I was excited to try this new location, and it definitely did not disappoint. The hotel's beachfront location features a beautiful pool that adds to the overall charm of the property. Although the weather during my stay wasn’t ideal, preventing me from enjoying the pool. As always, the service was exceptional, which I have come to expect from M Village. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat to relax after exploring the area. Overall, I highly recommend Signature by M Village for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway. I look forward to returning when the weather is more favorable to fully enjoy the pool and surroundings!

Fabulous beach pool however we were not told on many floors people were living there!! Rubbish left on our floor for days without any cleaning of public areas and the breakfast was terrible my husband had stomach upset following breakfast ! Great little hotel room however let down by Management and cleanliness

Pros: the room is exactly as what is shown in photos. Very huge and spotlessly clean. The view is superb and there's a small window where you can open to let the sea breeze through as well. The location is away from the crowd and it's pretty peaceful. Theres a convenient store just 3 mins walk away. To be improved: I realized there's no room service. There's no restaurant within the building. There's no spa as well although there may be plenty around the area. The corridors utilizes this electric saving light where it will only light up when someone walks pass. It is sustainable but it may make some people uncomfortable when the lift opens up to a dark corridor or when I open my hotel door and look into the dark corridor. I would like to recommend to install some dim lights near the lift area. During breakfast service, I noticed that a few staff members were coughing while preparing food and were not wearing masks. This made me feel slightly concerned about hygiene practices. In several local restaurants I’ve visited in Danang, food preparation staff were wearing masks, which gave me additional reassurance about food safety. As your hotel is an international brand, I had expected a similarly high and consistent standard of visible hygiene practices. I completely understand that policies may vary, but I wanted to share my observation as it affected my comfort during the meal. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be taken into consideration. Not too bad : the breakfast spread is quite ok. There's eggs, pho, pastries congee etc. it's decent but not fantastic Overall.. it is suitable for families cause of the huge room size and comfortable bed.
